Description of Work: They were here on time. They called the day before to confirm. They checked my furnace in the basement and the air conditioning unit outside. The gentleman was friendly and told me what needed to be done. I told him my husband would do it and that was no problem. Will definitely use again

Description of Work: Jimmy spent roughly 2 1/2 hours cleaning and inspecting our furnaces. He noted some things that would help with the efficiency and brought them to our attention.We acted on some and not on others at this time. Jimmy did not pressure us and answered all of our questions. We would go with "One Hour" and Jimmy in the future.
