I bought a big deal for this service

Mike arrived on time and spent a good amount with me to familiarize me with the system and the the condition of the unit as well as what maintenance/cleaning he is performing. He was thorough and explained everything in a way very easy to understand. As a new owner to the home, I had no previous history regarding the furnace (or AC). Coincidentally, One Hour Heating, had a full history of installation and previous warranties on our unit as they installed or previously maintained it the previous 8 years. During the visit, we discussed my needs and he made proper recommendation regarding filters, humidifiers, and maintenance. He was very knowledgeable with our furnace brand and also was able to discuss concerns my home inspector prior to buying. Being pleased, I and continuing with their services and signed up for the annual service contract. As this service took place in the fall and now writing this in the springtime, they did call me to schedule my springtime servicing in advance of the summer rush.

I didn't deal with him personally but this is the feedback I got back from my renters, I'm not really happy with him. It wasn't the greatest service that I would recommend at all. He was saying such and such parts were out. I wasn't sure. Since it was so costly I wanted to get a second opinion. I got somebody else to look at it and they said there was nothing wrong with it so I kinda felt like I was cheated and lied to when I found out that there were parts that I didn't need. He was saying the cap or the blower cap, ignitor and the filters needed replaced. The filters you get at the store were not the same quality he said.

Excellent! Professional, great deal and the tech even found another part of the furnace that he suggested be fixed. no pressure!

My experience went very well. It was easy to set up the appointment. They were professional. They identified some things to look out for in the future and gave good advice.

Never responded so far and it's been over an hour.

They did great. Came in and pointed out a couple issues and also fixed our electric filter for us. Could have easily charged us for a new filter system, but the gentleman found a short in the wire and fixed it while he was there. Very honest with very little annoying upsell. Will use in the future as needed.

Greg was the best! He is great professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was on time for the estimate. Not rushed, pushy or over selling. He was helpful and fun! We just love him! He explained everything and setup the installation of our Direct Vent Furnace. The installation went as planned without any problems. The gentlemen installing were professional, cleaned up and very respectful of my home. A part was needed they needed to come back to install and that also was flawless. They have a new long term customer in me. Great Job, Great People, Great Company! I don't want to forget Rose! She is so nice!!

When I purchased the big deal I want it to be happening pretty quick or I'll forget. He came out in a week or two. He did tell me that something else is wrong with it but I didn't go forward with it. It was something about the coil or something. I just wanted the maintenance done on that. I had a lot of issues where it just seems like I'll get a second opinion and half te time, it doesn't need replacing. I've had my airconditioner and my furnace checked, the compressors and everything seems to be doing okay. He showed me exactly what he was talking about. I could see it was a little bit corroded but not enough to actually do something about it at that time an he said it wasn't going to be that big of a deal either. He was informative. With me its all a matter of price and what I can get so I would use him again.

Was more interested in selling us a service contract than paying attention to the furnace. Completely missed checking the humidifier, which we subsequently had to have serviced by another firm.

It turned out good. There was nothing I disliked. I wasn't there, but my wife handled it all. She said she was happy with it.

From the initial phone call, Nate was very accommodating to my unusual schedule. He was polite and friendly. He have me a 4 hour window of 1-5, which I wasn't thrilled by, but he called me at 1 and a short time later, got a call from the tech himself and he was here before 130. At the service call, Jimmy D was great! He explained everything that he was doing and why he was doing it. He even took pictures and explained why he recommended specific repairs without making me feel like I had to make any decisions right then. He was friendly and really seemed to take pride in his work. He mentioned the service plan but never tried a hard sell until I asked him to explain it some more. I wouldn't hesitate to call One Hour again.

It was good. The guy came and he never disclosed to me what he checked. He mentioned one possible problem but he didn't show me the 20 points that he inspected. But I'm pretty sure I got what I paid for.

This was the first tune-up since we bought the house. We knew we had to replace the furnace sooner or later since it's a very old unit. The gentleman who performed the tune-up and inspection was very professional. Our furnace was deemed unsafe due to potential carbon monoxide leaking from the broken three heat exchangers. It was the oldest weekend for the winter and One Hour was very accommodating to schedule someone to come in the next day (Saturday) for a free estimate. The salesperson was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend One Hour and will use again!

The service was great. I paid an additional $75 for changing the service. He was here about an hour talking to me, and explaining everything. Nothing unexpected occurred.

It went all right. If I didn’t show up at the time it was scheduled, he showed up early. He got the job done.

I would probably would not use them again. They are way too much on selling contracts and services that they offer. All I wanted was a simple inspection of the furnace. They were on time. They checked the furnace and the A/C system. They did what was asked for but the whole upsell thing that really soiled the whole experience.

Fine. I wasn't there, but my husband was and said everything was good. Technician advised him on how to care for the A/C unit throughout the year. My only qualm (and sole reason for my C rating on professionalism) is that he up-sold my husband on a service plan costing $16/month. Possibly a good sell for people with older furnaces/AC units, but ours are relatively new so really not seeing any benefit of it. I would have declined it and just find the tactic a little obnoxious.

Technician was prompt, thorough and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and was very polite and pleasant.

They didn’t service my territory. I wasn’t satisfied with their response – they could’ve responded better. They were unhelpful over the phone -- all they said was that I needed to get a refund, which I did. They didn't offer a lot of information, and I had to do a lot of prying to get more out of them.

Jason C. did a thorough evaluation of my furnace, checked all functions and data, and explained everything along the way. He was right on time, very professional, knowledgeable, and positive. Afterward, he explained item-by-item everything he checked and explained any areas that were borderline or needed attention. He also asked if I had a Co2 detector (which I did, but had not unpackaged) ... and advised me as to where to place it for maximum safety. I was very satisfied, as always, with this company's service, attitude, and professionalism.

Very professional service, and technician did a thorough job. However, he ended up making recommendations for >$1000 worht of repairs, and wanted to sell me a service contract that would result in a discount on those costs. Not super pushy about it, but it did seem as though this cleaning and inspection 'deal' was all about getting in to make this pitch for a service contract. I thought the costs a bit outrageous, and declined. Actually, checking independently on the items recommended, the costs were not really out of line, but I just don't know how necessary those repairs are. The furnace continues to work fine.

I had a member of the company come to do an estimate for duct cleaning. He did a general assessment of my furnace and advised that cleaning was not the best option. Decided to have same company replace and install a new furnace. Work on that is being scheduled. Team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Excellent price and very knowledgeable technician. Would use again. The coupon was a great deal.
