I had a great experience with Falcon Moving. I chose them because of the detailed explanation they gave me on the phone. It seems they have a process and system for everything. Everything went smoothly and they even came in an hour under the estimated time.

The movers were friendly, respectful, and communicated along the way. They worked quickly, efficiently, and carefully. The Team Lead, Carlos, was great to work with. The team got along well and enjoyed working together.

I highly recommend Falcon Moving! John, our crew leader, was phenomenal, very professional and attentive to our needs! His crew, consisting of Jovani, Oliver and Marcos, were the best there is! They worked fast but carefully! They were so upbeat, even on the coldest day of the year!! Great company.

Luis and Jose did a great job with our partial move to a condo on the north side of Chicago from the suburbs. They helped put the furniture in place and set up the bed.

My movers were Carlos and Justin. They were wonderful. They took care with some old and sentimental items that I have dragged around with me forever. They listened to where and how I wanted items placed in my new house. I really appreciate their hard work.

Santos and Steven, my movers, were punctual, efficient, and courteous. Arrived at the scheduled and went right to work! Kameron and Joel on the inside, helped me through the process. The closing date on the sale of my house kept changing, but Falcon worked on fitting me in on such short notice. I definitely recommend Falcon! Great people, great work ethic, and a wonderful moving experience!

HORRIBLE MOVERS -FALCON MOVERS IN SOUTH ELGIN are horrible. After two quotes they brought a truck that was too small for the move that was going into a months storage. When they came back for the remaining items apparently, they put my belongings in a separate storage area and then gave some of my furniture to ANOTHER CUSTOMER. When questioned they admitted that they did give my furniture (with items in the drawers) to a customer of a lady that died, and they took my belongings and distributed them to other family members of the deceased. After several weeks, Falcon did return **some** of my property. They also broke the glass door on a China cabinet and have yet to have Classic Glass Company (that they recommended) come to measure for the replacement. This was an expensive move, and I should have researched them better before I hired them. These were not professional movers but **kids** off of the street (in my opinion.) The original move was July 3rd, 2021.

Tim and Marcos did a great job. I've hired Falcon in the past and highly recommend their services. They are courteous, professional. show up on time, and are careful moving all of your items. Extremely pleased with this mover.
