Alex and Kevin were amazing! They were professional, courteous, and made my move fun. If you need to move I would call Jason he fit me into their schedule and made things happen after another moving company changed my move date and messed everything up. Falcon Moving's quote was less than the quote from the other company and when Alex and Kevin finished the move it was less than the quote Jason gave me. If I have to move again I will call Falcon Moving before I call any other company. If you want professional, courteous movers call Falcon Moving.

Both crews that handled our multi day move were professional, efficient, and friendly. Luie, Chris, Terry, Genaro, Joe, and Ishmael handled our things with care and made the process as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend them…thank you so much Falcon!!

Start to finish the company did a great job. Jason was fantastic with estimating the quote to the 3 men who came to move the items. They didn t waste time or take breaks. They protected the floors as well as our furniture with out wasting time. The men were very personable . All moving companies cost money, I just wish it wasn t a minimum given I didn t use the 4 hr minimum. Otherwise I would definitely use them again for any future services and or recommend them to anyone else who may need services

I was very fortunate to get two friendly and hard-working guys to take care of my move. Mike R. and Terry J. were professional, extremely personable, demonstrated great care with my furnishings and went the extra mile to get the job done. The move was completed in the estimated time frame. It was great to have no surprises at the end of the move. I highly recommend Falcon. They truly are top notch and if you call Justin I guarantee he will be responsive and take the necessary steps to ensure you are please with the service his company provides. they have a rare customer service focus compared to other companies I interviewed.

Jason and Kameron are great solution oriented service providers. Our move was complicated due to us having to go into storage. They assisted here and everything was seamless. I know who to call on my next move.

The movers Genaro and Kenyan were very efficient and friendy.

The I paid less than what I was quoted.(it helps to have everything ready to go) They came on time and finished in less time than the 4 hours minimum.Genaro and Kenyan were very efficient and very friendly.Customer service over the phone was friendly.

They were 2 hours late on delivering. There must have been miscommunication with there departments. They also went to my momâ s old house instead of her new house. That was the only downside otherwise everything arrived in perfect condition. The movers were very sorry about the delay and did a great job making sure nothing was damaged. I would use them again.

They communicated well. I was given a window in which they would arrive, and they were on-time. The estimate was based on the move taking a few hours, they met that timeline, and the final charge was exactly as estimated.

I was not able to fully use their service, because of unforseen circumstances. However, their team worked with me on scheduling, and then rescheduling, also did different options to help save me costs. They have great customer service, friendly and professional. I would hire them again.

They did an awesome job. I initially spoke with Jason on the phone and he sent out Kameron out to do an on-site evaluation to get a more accurate price. This was much appreciated when their competitors gave me a price over the phone with a +/- $1200. The day of the pack out went pretty smoothly and they stored two trucks worth of my belongings overnight while I closed on the new house. I called them from the attorneys office and let them know we were ready to unload the next days and they arrived exactly when they said they would. The team leader Mike R did an excellent job of coordinating the other movers and keeping his crew on track and always moving or assembling something. The rest of the crew (Alex D, Logan R, Waldo, Louie A and TJ) all did an awesome job. They were professional, personable and really worked hard to get me settled in my new house. This was a large move of 4+ bedrooms and they took the stress out of it all. They were professional, polite, well priced and had excellent communication throughout the entire process!! Kudos to Falcon on a great experience and being there for your customer!

Our movers were Joe and Christopher. They were great. They were efficient and fast and very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend Falcon Moving. I will use them again.

Jason called the night before the move to verify 9am appt. Day of Chris calls at 8:30am to tell me they can't come until 11am. After some discussion about how the 11am moving time was not what we agreed upon, a fair compensation was reached. I would recommend them but with reservations. The guys were fast, considerate, and agreeable. My advice is that at time of contract agreement appt time is solidified.No excuses.

Helped us load a rental truck for a cross country move from IL to AZ. Everything was well secured and all made it to AZ undamaged. The crew that helped unload at the other end commented that they had done a great job packing the truck.

The staff was professional and handled my things with care.

I hired Falcon Moving on 5/25/2018. They were quite nice and responsive on the phone coordinating arrangements. They were to move a small piano from one house across town to my house. They dropped the piano. Yes, of course, it was damaged. They did not even offer any form of recompense. Nothing. Would I use them again or recommend them. No.
