Worst movers I have ever used. I have moved at least 8 times. These movers broke almost every piece of furniture I own. They were slow and not at all equipped for getting things on the truck in a quick manner and mostly fought over who was taking what. It was a move that should have taken 4 hours it took 8 and they also was many things of ours that never made it to our new home. Like our toolbox and several persohal items. I had a brand new bench and they failed to wrap it and it was ruined by the time it got to the new house. The back of my sons very expensive dresser was broken in totally and the marble on my sons dresser and nightstand was all chipped off. The doors also were broken on the dresser so they do not shut properly. This same furniture was moved from Florida to Naperville and not a scratch or problem with one thing. This move was a nightmare. They also did not know how to put out beds together and took so long for the move they did not bring our boxes in the house. They left 50 boxes in my garage so they did not have to stay any longer (they were going to a party) and I was responsible for caring in the boxes and unpacking them in the appropriate rooms. I also had surgery 6 months ago and was not suppose to be lifting things. My son and I had to help them move pieces of furniture and not to mention the 50 boxes in my garage. Please do not hire them, they are the worst I have experienced. I questioned whether 3 of the guys were even movers. They also destroyed the walls bringing the furnitue into the new house. It was a nightmare and heartbreaking when I saw all the furniture of mine that they had ruined.

They were very late, but did call to let me know. The movers couldn't have been nicer. They were very careful, but quick, and let me know what was going on, asked my preferences, etc. Previously, my contact with their sales was just as courteous and considerate. I can't imagine anyone having a bad experience with them.

The movers were on time and efficient. They protected floor and doors during the move. The move time was less than estimated so the cost was less than estimated. I would hire Falcon again.

The company was great about customer service before the move. The movers that came were very professional and quick to move heavy items. They were efficient at moving, polite, and easy to work with. Some things were damaged during the move such as a wall in our previous home and doorways, lamps, and stair railing in our new home. I have been having an issue with the company responding to my emails to fix the damage. I had specially asked about how they handle damage that they do before the move and was told that they will take care of it. If they fix the damage I would give them 5 stars.

They did a fantastic job. Professional, courteous, worked quickly and very well done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Had a piano moved across town. 4 guys were able to do the job even going up the stairs. They were on time and cleaned up well after themselves. They were very easy to talk to through text and phone call. Highly recommend them.

Didnâ t trust a â low costâ moving company to move furniture and other delicate possessions so I hired Falcon. Jason, your guys did an excellent job, took care, and came in under the estimate. While there was a minor glitch, you went above and beyond professional in making things good. You might not be the least expensive, but overall youâ re service is well above the cheap guys I hired next to haul the rest of my stuff. They were slow, rough, and sloppy - it clearly would have been a disaster to hire them for what Falcon did. Thanks!

The moving team of 3, led by Mike, was great. Showed up on time and got right to work, and worked hard to meet the time allotted in my estimate. Moving team was polite, courteous and easy to work with. This was my second time using Falcon Moving and I was extremely satisfied both times.

Falcon moved us into our new house in December 2019. They picked up from our apartment, and two storage units. They did a great job for a fair price. Very pleased.

I had Falcon help organize my basement. They moved 90 bins to shelving units and moved furniture as well. They were on time, they cleaned up after wards. I think they met all my requirements.

Very nice people to work with. Hard working professionals.
