The 2 movers worked hard and did a pretty good job. The owner quoted me a price of $360 and said included everything unless it took longer than time quoted. They took about 65 minutes to get new location, when I drove their in 25 minutes. They said that drive time was not charged and wrote up bill without drive time charge, and when I went to pay the owner tried to charge me another another $130 for drive time. Luckily I had already signed the bill and gotten a copy, so he was forced to accept original quote amount. This attempt to bait and switch at the end left a bad taste with Falcon Moving. Be careful using this company, get everything in writing up front!!

Jason was great to work with. He was easy to communicate with and came to oversee the move and make sure it went smoothly. His team was professional and answered all our questions during the move. Jason's positive customer service was much appreciated.

Jason and his company completed a complicated move from apartment to coach home, and two storage spaces. All items were moved as carefully as if they owned the items, were wrapped professionally, and everything arrived undamaged. They also packed items from a 100 sq ft storage space into a 75 sq ft storage space by having a great understanding of how things fit together. I have recommended his service to others, and while I hope to not move for a long time, I would hire him again.

They showed up 2 hours late. And when my wife asked the loader why he was kicking our couch? He said that’s the way we make it fit. And before he went and sat in the truck for the last hour of the job, leaving the helpers to finish he kept mumbling “don’t tell me how to do my job” they also damaged a wall, a door frame, and knocked a printer off a shelf and broke it.

They were Awesome!!! They showed up on time, were professionals and very accommodating. They spent an entire day loading, we had way more than we thought plus a storage unit. They made an additional stop to pick up antique furniture on their way to deliver and it was another full day. I cant express enough how great they were and very, very reasonably priced!! I would definitely recommend them hands down!! Thanks Jason and crew you made our move stress fee and I can?t than you enough!

Last March, I hired Falcon Movers LLC (500 Ivory Lane, Bartlett IL 60103) to move my furniture & belongings from my one-bedroom apartment to a new one 3.7 miles away. The company did a good job of packing the furniture, however, they lost or damaged a few of my belongings. I spoke with the manager, he apologized and agreed to reimburse me for any damage. He also fired the employees who had lost my possessions. I would use this company again.

This was the most unprofessional moving experience we ever encountered. We were moving within town, less than half a mile apart. It should have been a swift and easy move considering items we had in storage were packed by our previous movers. We regret not using them again. And my wife and I had moved nearly half of our items on our own prior to the move. Seeing that the job should have taken no more than about three hours tops per our recent experience, these movers moved at a snails pace to ensure the job would take longer than needed and to increase their payment/costs, extending the amount of time to more than twice as long as needed . The movers refused to take care in protecting our new floors and rugs as we moved into a new construction home, leaving numerous scratches and dirt throughout. The movers also damaged many of our newly painted walls with scratches and holes. They also managed to break a solid wood headboard to an expensive bedroom set. Additionally, we found hardware/screws to all of our beds they re-assembled underneath the beds, demonstrating they took little effort in putting furniture back the way they found it. Our beds would have fallen apart had we not noticed the hardware lying underneath the beds. When addressing theses numerous issues with the owner, the owner first said he mailed me compensation but when that compensation never arrived, he changed his tune and then tried to bribe me by saying he would compensate me with a gift card only AFTER leaving him an undeserved five star rating. I would rather pay for my own repairs and give him and his company the rating they deserve. I would rather warn all other customers to stay far away from this dishonest and unprofessional moving company.

These guys take the stress out of moving with clear communication, answers and suggestions for making the whole process easier. The moving team was tireless, careful and always cheerful. Thank you Falcon Moving!!!!!

Great company. Quick, very fair price-wise, friendly.

We moved our family of six about 20 miles during a heat wave. Falcon moving was prompt, professional, and very fairly priced. Ours was a very large job, temperature was in the 90s both days, and they really hustled and made sure work completed in time. Plus they were 30% less expensive than the big national mover. Will use them again.

No major issues, 3 movers were able to haul heavy furniture to 3 different destinations. Slight mishap on moving a desk, but that was the only thing that needed fixing. Overall, the service was professional and very efficient. Also like the fact that there was a pre-moving evaluation to estimate the job in-person.

Falcon Moving was outstanding in moving us. Jason the owner has great guys working for him. They are hard working, friendly, highly professional, & they take great pride in their work. Their quote beat 3 other companies by $1200 & was right on the money at the end. We would hire them again in a heart beat. Thanks Falcon!!!
