Very quick and very nice job.

We were forced to redo an entire floor of our house following a mold remediation. We called Jack Cherco on a reference for an estimate and so evaluate his vision. This was a large project for us, and we had a specific budget for the project in its entirety. Not only did Jack and his partner work within the rough time frame given, but he possessed an understanding of our needs and limits. I swear, this room looks so much better than it did before. The floor itself is a finished basement, prone to flooding and, of course, mold. Jack found us the very best materials for the very best price. He was flexible and incredibly knowledgeable about his work. Had the room been constructed initially with the materials Jack selected during the remodeling, I doubt we would have been in the situation we found ourselves prior to the remediation. And, as if to reaffirm our positive feelings following his work, months later we suffered an additional flooding problem. As he promised, neither the floors nor the walls were the least bit damaged. Contractors are difficult to work with and great contractors are incredibly rare. I continue to call upon Jack for every additional project that emerges because not only can I trust his work, but I trust his judgment, as well as his respect for his clients' needs.

Chose Cherco C C over other companies based on knowledge of what needed to be done and all the local codes. We live in a town that is strict with regards to the Do's and Dont's. Jack knew which permits needed to be pulled and what work was grandfathered in. It was a 6 week schedule and he was right on with the numbers and within 2% of the contract price. I heard horror stories from neighbors about other contractors. If we ever decide to sell this house and buy one that needs work, I feel confident that we will not have to shop around.

We found Jack Cherco to be very personable, professional, easy to work with, trustworthy, very neat, and very accomplished at what he did for us. In addition, we found that if the particular job has complicated aspects to it that require a more specialized professional, other than himself, Jack has built many connections and relationships with specialized contractors such as plumbers, electricians, etc., and will not hesitate to get the appropriate professional to the jobsite, or put you in contact directly with someone reputable to perform the work needed that does not fall under his own expertise. This brings added value in that he is a very important and valuable resource to any homeowner and can become your point person when emergencies occur with your home or business.

We think a lot of the company. The owner, Jack Cherco did a terrific job, and we would use him again. He was conscientious of what it was costing and gave us several different options of how we could do things. He was timely and neat and clean. Any subcontractors that were used were knowledgeable craftsmen.
