I highly recommend EcoSteam to anyone looking for carpet cleaning services. The owner, Ken, is not only professional, but incredibly easy to talk to and work with. He was very flexible with his schedule and was able to come on the day I wanted. As for the cleaning itself, you can tell that the crew member had extensive training on carpet cleaning. Instead of just using a general cleaner on all the carpets, the EcoSteam team member tested each carpet individually to see what cleaner worked best. They were also very thorough in all of the rooms. A few days after the cleaning, we noticed that a very old stain was wicking through the carpet (which can happen after a cleaning). Ken sent someone out right away, for free, to take care of the old stain, which hasn't come back since. I plan on using EcoSteam regularly now for all my carpet cleaning needs.

From our initial contact with Ken, through to the cleaning of our area rugs and couches, Ken and the crew that did the cleaning were nothing but kind, professional, courteous, and accommodating. My wife and I decided, on rather short notice, that we wanted to have our area rugs and couches cleaned. After finding Eco Steam on Angie's List, we contacted Ken with some questions. Ken was incredibly informative and helpful in walking us through the process. When we mentioned to Ken that we were looking to have the rugs and couches cleaned on pretty short notice, he did not hesitate to try and fit us in to the company's busy schedule. The workers who arrived were on time, efficient and professional. We walked them through the areas that needed cleaning, they set up their equipment, and in very little time, they had everything cleaning. The workers informed us of the expected drying time which proved to be very accurate. The area rugs and couches look better than they have in a long time. As good as new! We would not hesitate to recommend EcoSteam for your cleaning needs and would gladly use them again in the future.

Tony arrived promptly at 9:00 AM. We have very light "champagne colored" carpeting that was looking dingy after the tough, long winter we've just had. He finished around 12:30 PM. We steam clean the carpets about every other year and this is the 3rd time we've used Eco-Steam. No chemicals, and after the carpeting dried, there was just the slightest hint of a very light, fresh, citrus fragrance. Eco Steam provides complimentary booties to wear around the house while your carpeting is still damp, and a stain remover kit to use in case of stain/spots that happen in between steam cleanings. We highly recommend Eco-Steam.

From the orignal estimate I got a good feeling that they knew what they were doing. Dylan went above during estimate and showed that a stain near some doors was from mosture and that it should come up during cleaning, it did. Two workers came and worked hard until complete. No complaints at all.

Very, very nice. They did a great job cleaning the orientals -- they were quick and neat and efficient. They explained the process they use very thoroughly, gave me choices and advice on some of the items, applied the Angie's List discount. I would use them again for sure.

I would use them again because they were so professional and reliable. I really liked the man I believe is the owner. I guess I wanted a better evaluation of the job done and to know if there was anything else I could do right away f the cat does it again.

We were a little disappointed we did not see better results from the cleaning. The carpet still looks a little dirty and worn.

This company is incredible! Dillon and Hector were professional, knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. They showed up at the scheduled time and were highly efficient in everything they did for us. At our request, they took the time to educate us on the type of carpets we had and how to properly maintain them. We had a stubborn stain in one area that other services couldn't address. Ecosteam handled it easily. Our carpets never looked better. We HIGHLY recommend them!

Wonderful! Hector was on time, extremely professional and courteous. He explained the whole process before he started cleaning. He stopped several times during the cleaning process to show me problem spots on the carpeting that were likely caused by the previous tenants. Because I rent, this was very helpful because now I can document these areas so I won't be held responsible when I eventually move out. Hector even offered to make notes on my order-- in the event I need additional documentation for my landlord. The carpeting and furniture were cleaned beautifully and everything was dry in just a couple of hours -- no soggy carpet! I highly recommend EcoSteam - these guys are the PROS! A+

Overall the process went very well. I had spoken with Ken last week and he took about 20 minutes to talk me throuh cleaning process and the difference between Ecosteam and other providers. This sold me on Ecosteam. On the day the services were to be provided Ken called first thing in the morning and told me that his Tech was sick and not able to make it to my cleaning. Ken said he would take it on himself abd would be about 30 to 60 miuntes than previously expected. This was fine and I saw no concerns with it. As it turns out traffic was not on Ken's side and at the end of the day he wouold not be able to get out until about 5 PM (hence my B rating on puncuality). But the nice thing about all of this is that Ken never tried to reschedule, he was in it for the long haul. When Ken arrived we walked through the house, talked about wear paterns, spots and so forth. He took the measurements and provided me with an updated estimate and go to work. 4 hours later (9 PM) he was done and the floors looked great. I thought carpets looked good before Ken came but by the time he was done the carpets looked brand new. I couldnt be happier.

The technician arrived at our house at the agreed-upon time. He spent time looking over the work areas and then explained what he was going to do and estimated how long it would take. After he finished work, he explained what we needed to do to assure that our carpets would dry and stated how long drying would take. He also spent a few minutes explaining how to do spot treatments on our carpets and left some spot cleaning materials for us. The work was done on time and at the agree-upon price. We were pleased by the finished work and found the technician to be friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Needed several rooms (and stairs) of carpeting cleaned. Couldn't have been more pleased with the service. Dylan (the carpet technician) was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable about anything relating to carpeting and its cleaning. He was very clean and careful with the furniture and surroundings. He even carefully removed a carpet staple which had been left stuck in a high traffic area of carpeting with its pointed edge sticking out. I would recommend this company to anyone and would not hesitate in using their services in the future.

Pick-up was prompt and professional. The rugs were cleaned to our satisfaction.

Bob from the Sycamore location came out and did a wonderful job reviving the carpets. The previous owner had large dogs and was a smoker. There were lots of pet stains on the carpet and the whole house smelled of smoke. I was hoping to get the carpets to an acceptable level, but many of them looked almost new. I'm glad we waited on moving the furniture into the house until we got the carpets done. Their truck-mounted extraction system not only took out the stains, but got rid of most of the marks from where the previous furniture was placed. We will use them again in the future!

Wow, these folks are impressive! The Ecosteam folks really know the science of carpet cleaning and really understand the fine points of the process. They are true students of their craft. Dillan did a test of our carpet fibers to verify exactly what the make-up was. That guided him on which cleaning products and cleaning process to use. The results were great! What I especially appreciate about Ecosteam is the information and tips that they share. Dillan gave great guidance on ways to reduce the frequency of cleaning the carpets "which will reduce the number of checks that I need to write to Ecosteam" (his words). I also appreciate their great customer service... he reminded me to call him if any of the spots/stains come back over the next few weeks (which would suggest a "wicking" problem), and he will come out when he is in the area to re-treat them! They are quite careful about protecting furniture and cleaning up. I will definitiely be a repeat customer... highly recommend these folks.
