Daniel and crew gave me a surprise as how beautiful the floors & stairs came out .

Daniel and his crew were complete professionals. I subbed DAC to repair/refinish badly damaged stairs. Daniel was incredibly patient with weeks of delays and a complete change of scope to work, caused by another company I hired to perform a remodel at my home. DAC replaced treads with new oak, which was sanded, custom stained and varnished to my specifications. The trim and risers were painted. I had no issues with uneven staining or paint splatters/bleed. Both staircases were completed a bit earlier than expected. The crew, as well as Daniel, were prompt, courteous and incredibly neat with their work. Not only was DAC’s finished product flawless, the contrast with the cleanliness and respect for my home DAC offered vs. the other crew was astounding. I was so impressed (and relieved!) by Daniel and his crew that I have asked him to bid on the job to complete the remodel work for the company I had to fire.

Daniel and his crew did a fantastic job installing hardwood flooring in two rooms. They delivered everything they promised. They added an extra man and worked late to complete the job in one day. The crew did impeccable work and left the house just as they found it. The floors look great and I would highly recommend them.

Daniel and his crew installed new hardwood flooring on the first floor and refinished the second story of our four bedroom house. They were quick and professional. The quality is impeccable and our floors look amazing.

Showed up early everyday and stayed late to finish the job every day. Finished the job a day early with no "surprise" overages or extra costs. Everyone was courteous and pleasant to work with. Daniel is extra cautious in explaining the process and costs. Great systems for keeping dust contained to the work area. Would hire again.

Excellent job

Great work. Ended up paying a little more than I expected, but they took care of everything I could have thought of plus a few things that were completely necessary but that I had not thought of. I would definitely hire them again and will if I have any future projects.

Very high quality work. We had carpet and linoleum removed from a new house and new oak hardwood floors laid, as well as existing wood floors repaired and refinished to match. Daniel was prompt, accurate with his estimate, and incredibly up front and honest about what he could and could not do. We did obtain a competitive quote that was slightly less than DAC, but Daniel offered superior quality products and gave us a much stronger sense of confidence in the work he would do. He was able to accommodate us on a tight time frame (due to closing dates) and completed the work earlier than expected. He offered advice on finishing touches to make the floors look even better, and checked in with us throughout the process whenever he had a question about something we might want. Exactly what we were looking for in a professional. Our floors look amazing! We had a minor issue with the work crew helping themselves to some of our moving boxes looking for dishes and tools to use during the job, but after speaking with Daniel this was immediately resolved. Daniel even went above and beyond to replace some radiator caps that went missing during the work so our home looked complete when we moved in. Overall, incredibly satisfied with this company and would recommend to anyone.

Daniel was easy to work with and his prices were very fair. His workers are skilled and professional. Besides doing a great job installing my hardwood floors, his team installed a new pantry in my kitchen and hung new drywall in my family room and kitchen (walls and ceilings). As other remodeling projects arise, I will hire Daniel and his team to do the work.

Daniel answered my search promptly. He was very polite and professional. The workers were very prompt,skilled, efficient and neat. Communication was great. Daniel always answered my questions and offered his opinion when asked. He was here daily to inspect the work and guide his men. I will definitely use this company again.

I hired DAC Flooring because of the excellent reviews on Home Advisor. We hired Daniel to patch in hardwood flooring where an old floor vent was. He and his guy showed up right on time, did the work quickly, and cleaned up the work area when they were one. The new flooring matches seamlessly with the existing and we're completely satisfied. I also asked Daniel to see if he could fix some squeaks we have throughout the kitchen floor. I had fairly low expectations because there's a lot of duct work below the kitchen floor and it would be difficult for them to sink screws into the subfloor with the duct work in the way. He did a great job on this as well and I am thrilled with how much quieter my floors are. We are considering refinishing our basement this spring, and if we do, we'll call Daniel to bid on the job. He's a very professional contractor.

Daniel and his team were outstanding completing the work promptly with no disruption. We then added a second project to build an arched wall. Again the work was outstanding.

Daniel responded almost immediately, which is exactly what I was looking for. From the very first conversation, it was obvious to me Daniel knew exactly what he was doing. They did an amazing job, and the area was cleaner after he was done than it was before he started! You would never have know they sanded, no dust, no mess, it was really well done. One of the biggest factors for me was because of his professionalism, I TRUSTED Daniel! Not only to do a great job, but he also had a key to my house. I gave 5 of 5, but really it was a 6 of 5. Hire these guys, you wont regret it!!!

Daniel responded to my search for a flooring expert immediately (like, ten minutes) and quoted an attractive price. We wanted the work done quickly and he accommodated our schedule. The floor looks great and his crew's care in reducing dust was exceptional. Daniel is pleasant to work with, responsive and very professional.
