Description of Work: They were prompt, courteous and completed the job. My only complaint was they neglected some soiling on the arms of the couch. Given that, I would still use them in the future. They were extremely courteous, something that counts a lot in my book.

Description of Work: I had my basement carpet and carpet in one bedroom cleaned under an Angie's Big Deal promotion. The space was larger than the promotion covered so I paid extra for the additional square footage. Chicago Carpet Care did a terrific job and spent extra time removing a couple of spots. Making the appointment was very easy and the wait time for an appointment was short. I felt their fees were good, their technician was very polite, thorough and on time. I would highly recommend them and will very likely use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Went well. I called them and they scheduled service on the day I requested. Later, a good friend offered to loan me a carpet cleaner and said we could do it for little cost in 1 hour with his machine. I therefore decided to contact service provider who were very cordial and cancelled my order. They offered to help me whenever I might need them. Although I did not use their service I found them courteous and helpful on the phone.

Description of Work: Excellent appointment set up and execution of service. Had bought an Angie's coupon and servicer, Steve, advised that it actually covered work than I needed done so he offered to clean two pieces of furniture in addition to the carpets I had requested. Courteous, prompt, careful service all round.

Description of Work: He did a good job in the open area, but failed to get the dirt along the base board and in front of the sofa, it is very dirty there. Did not put the chairs back in place until I asked him to, also did not have the pads to put under the legs of these chairs. I cut up foil and he placed them under the legs. A small carpet at balcony door was not moved and therefore carpet was not cleaned under, until I moved it. I would say the service is about average for the carpet cleaners in Chicago. I said I would not use them again, maybe I would.

Description of Work: I called on a Friday to see if they could squeeze my job in the next day so I could have clean and fresh carpets and furniture for the holidays. They were able to accommodate me and they even directed me to Angie's List where they were running specials that help lower my costs. I had 4 rooms, a king sized mattress, a sectional, sofa, 2 arm chairs, 3 high top chairs and a large hallway/closet cleaned, protected and deodorized. Dan was my service professional and he did a very thorough job. He arrived on time and moved around furniture to make sure he got all areas of the carpets. I will absolutely use Chicago Carpet Care again every year. I have used Stanley Steamers in the past who have been very good but were much more expensive. Try Chicago Carpet Care, you won't regret it.
