Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for! Great guys, very professional.

We have an irreplaceable antique bench whose wrought iron leg broke off. Another end table was broken into 3 places. We do not understand how they were so sneaky to put the packing tape and wrap plastic in our personal garbage bins.

They left the job halfway and said they would be back next day, never showed up. After calling they said another week before they would come back. Not the way a move works!

Max was courteous and was quick to respond to our calls. The company calls multiple times to communicate pick up and delivery timeframes. We donâ t have any negative comments - ALL GOOD!

My initial communication started with a service coordinator out of state who assisted with my inventory list over the phone, followed by a price quote I felt was fair. He book my appointment charged the $200.00 initial deposit. Next step was for their local mover to come and pick up the items in my home in the Dallas area. We did a walk through and he commented my regular Ashley's home furniture being oversized. Nothing else was said until half of my things were already on the truck. He claimed my things had taken more space than anticipated on the truck so it was going to cost me much closer to almost twice the initial quote. As you'd imagine, I wasn't too happy about that. I made some calls to the main office to complain about my disatisfaction of the way things had transpired. I felt the mover that came in should have been clear about the additional charges right after the walk through instead of waiting until he had loaded half of my things onto the truck. l felt the way the driver handled the situation was underhanded, had nit been upfront with me, I would have used another vendor. Fortunately, they had someone in their office who called to negotiate a new pricing slightly reasonable than what the driver had wanted me to pay. My things however arrived safely at the destination and was happy about the final outcome. My mover in Dallas should be trained in how to better communicate in these circumstances when he feels the furniture he sees might be oversized. I would have rather he didn't touch anything at all until we were able to resolve or given an opportunity to back out of their services. For the reasons above and my experience with this driver, I woud not give more than 3 stars. Will use their services again but will ask more questions of a driver who expected me to read his mind.

The worst moving company I have ever used. Price doubled night before I was leaving. They packed a dog bed in a wardrobe with hanging clothes. Threw things in boxes. Nothing was labeled. The dispatcher was rude. When I called to let them know how unhappy I was, no one called back. They are horrible. I could... but will not go on.

I got a reasonable estimate and the job came in under budget because it was handled very efficiently.

Rene and his team made my moving so easy, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great experience! My consultant Max and two movers were all excellent. My estimate came in slightly under budget so I paid less than estimated. The cost was $1,000 less than some other estimates I received. The time frames were adhered to and packing of loose items went perfectly. Would definitely recommend this mover. It was a worry-free move!

Only negative was my quote was initially under-estimated. We worked through the issue and a compromise. The movers were fast, efficient and neat.

They were great! Very efficient!

The crew arrived on time and they were working nonstop. They were not idling. My estimate was $300 less than what they anticipated, but with caveats. One: I changed my move date to the end of the month and there was a surcharge for that. There is no extra service associated with this so I did not appreciate the surcharge. Two, when the truck arrived they already had another customer possessions inside, and there was not enough room for them to pack all of my things. Three, as a result, there was no room for floor lamps, a big wardrobe, a room divider, a shelving unit, and I had to hire a U-Haul and move it myself. I moved 2.8 miles away from my old home. They did not offer to go back and get the rest of the things. Two days before the move, I indicated I had more possessions than I had originally inventoried....minor things like two-floor lamps and a small bookcase. They did not move the floor lamps because they said they were not boxed. Who boxes a floor lamp?! They also refused to move my table lamps because they were not boxed. I lost significant time settling in my new home because of having to spend time moving things. Also, I did not appreciate the way the mover handled the paperwork. He tried to get me to rate them on the spot in writing and I refused. He did not explain the paperwork very well. I refuse to sign until I read it all and he began to make excuses about he is just a representative of the company. I am not stupid and I understand that, but as a representative, you should be well informed about what you are asking people to sign when they are paying hundreds of dollars for a movie. It is simply customer service. Also, there were a couple the things that broke like the edge trim on my kitchen cabinet and a crack in the furnace room door. One of the movers brought it to my attention and said it was like that before they came. I did not believe him, but it was a small matter, so I chose to ignore it. I would not recommend it. I repeat, I would not recommend this company for all these reasons, I do not know how this company got such high reviews. That was the reason I selected them. Moving is stressful enough as it is.

These guys were great. Fast, easy to deal with, helpful. Their phone people are wonderful too. Go ahead and call them, they will take care of your stuff and ease your jitters. What more can you want from a mover?

Adi was great with answering my questions and easing my concerns. The movers were on time and professionally packed large hanging art, sculptures and tall glass frames and furniture for my move. I would highly recommend them to anyone making a move locally or out of state. Susie
