Mr Grout

Matt the owner performed the service himself. I was very pleased with the job! He called me back within 24 hours to schedule the job. He showed up on time and did a beautiful job. My shower looks like new! I did have to wait a few weeks because he has great prices and service so he is very busy. Worth the wait!

As soon as I signed up for the deal, I was contacted by Matt and scheduled a date. I requested my shower to be re-caulked with silicone caulk and the kids bathtub/shower with white caulk. All old caulk was removed, areas were cleaned and caulk was reapplied. Matt and his partner were very nice, professional and did an incredible job. The shower and bathtub now look brand new! When the job was completed, the bathrooms were left clean! They did not leave any dirt behind from their work! I would definitely call Matt again and highly recommend him.

Provider did a good job but the grout color doesn't match, and some areas were missed.

It went very well. They brought all their own supplies. The offer was for 3 hours but as there were 2 people, they were done in about 1.5 hours, right on schedule. Tile looks great, almost like new!

Great! Arrived on time and told me how the incorrect materials were used in the first place, then quickly used silicone sealant after scaling out old grout to make a flexible and waterproof seal. He was done in about 1.5 hours, was able to match silicone to grout to the look is seamless.

It was great. In one bathroom he re-grouted the the tile around our bathtub as well as along the shower. It looks brand new and is beautiful! He worked extremely hard. The work is meticulous and I am quite pleased with how it turned out.

Arrived on time. Very punctual. Very clean work. Filled areas where there were voids in the grout. I rescheduled MR. Grout to return in a few weeks to address grout voids in the kitchen. We are very satisfied with his work.

Matt and his helper arrived and immediately set to work. They worked very quickly and neatly. And completed the work and clean-up in just over an hour. Matt had stated that this was probably his 5000th tub and I will say he is master and artist and as the owner of said tub, Ithank him immensely.

Matt was prompt. He worked efficiently with in the timeframe . His job was excellent and he cleaned up after.

They arrived on time and immediately got to work. They took care to keep the place clean; removed their shoes and spread several drop cloths. There was no residue of the old, removed caulk. The new caulk was properly and evenly spread. There were none of those little ripples that an inexperienced installer would leave. The whole job was smooth and slick. They completed the job in the time estimated time. When it comes time to repair our other tub, we will definitely call this Mr. Grout.

Matt has that old fashioned approach of going above and beyond with both his response to your needs and his work ethic. He cleans up after himself (and others) and does not feel that his special set of skills puts him above others. He is a down to earth good worker with excellent qualifications. I would never hire anyone else for my own home and never hesitate to recommend him to ANYBODY I know or work with. They did excellent work, completed the job on schedule, and came in under budget. We will hire them again and I'd recommend him in a second.

He did a great job on my father's home. The grout had pretty much crumbled in the corners and he matched the grout perfectly and caulked the entire shower (without even having to ask) because he wanted to make sure the whole job was done right. Two days later I used him for tile installation and he did a wonderful job installing the cement board, the tile and grouting it all the next day. Because I had installed new wood floors (and were just treated with finish) I was going to ask him to remove his shoes - I actually didn't need to because he did it without asking...because he wanted to respect my home and all the recent work that had been done. Matt (Mr. Grout) is extremely professional and takes a lot of pride in the work. He was extremely clean with both jobs and was very fair on price. If you're looking around for grout work I would definitely make one last call to Mr. Grout for an estimate - you'll be glad you did. Overall, a great experience. I wish all contractors were like Matt.

Matt was very quick in responding to my email. We set an appointment for him to come out and take a look at my bathrooms. The hall bathroom's floor grout was looking a little bit dirty and cracking in spots. He quoted me on cleaning and matching the color of the grout as well as repairing the caulk around the bathtub. The master bathroom was a bit more tricky since I have a pebble floor in my shower. It has gotten discolored and Matt quoted me on cleaning the floor and tile and sealing the floor. No guarantees that the pebble floor would look perfect as it's a difficult surface to clean. I understood that. His lead-time was about two weeks.

Mr. Grout was professional and courteous. He arrived fully prepared with materials on hand. Worked expeditiously and the overall work was spectacular! I plan on using Mr. Grout for future jobs. I highly recommend this contractor.

Matt was very responsive to our request for a quote. Showed up within a day. He was knowledgeable in evaluating the work to be done and giving us an estimate. His experience showed in recognizing the problem areas beneath the surface. He and his helper showed up promptly on the day and time as per schedule. They worked hard and they did a great job. Repaired, patched, cleaned and freshened. Absolutely renewed the bathroom. It seemed a totally different space after they were done. Matt knows what needs to be done and how to do it best. He prices fairly Recommend wholeheartedly.

Matt and his partner were GREAT! They are professional, clean, and did an OUTSTANDING job. My tile in the kitchen and upstairs bathroom was pretty bad, and now it looks like new! He matched the family room so well, that you can't even tell the old section from the new...it just all looks even and new now. Everything was done neatly, and he matched the grout perfectly in all the rooms. . I couldn't be happier with the job. Matt responded to our online request the same day we submitted it. He was at our house the next day to assess the job and provide a quote. We hired him and the work was done within one week of our agreement. Matt is friendly, polite, accommodating and professional. I will definitely hire him to do any future ceramic work and encourage others to give Mr. Grout a try. You won't be disappointed!

He made a 50-year old bathroom look like it was just put up yesterday. He took that old bathroom and just turned it into, " WOW!" He made that old pile look like brand new.

Mr. Grout was fabulous. His work is flawless because he actually cares about what he is doing. He is from the old school where you take the proper steps to complete the project. As I mentioned before, Matt basically rebuilt the shower and floor of my bathroom because I had extensive mold damage. The damage obviously came from water which had leaked from not one, not two, but three places in the bathroom. All of that water combined to cause massive damage and I was concerned about water leaking in the future.So, whomever was going to rebuild this shower would have to do so in such a manner as to allay my fears of any further damage in the future. Matt was the only one for this job as his experience, conscientiousness , and attention to detail would show. Matt would tell me me repeatedly that it is the preparation of the materials that will give you the quality and peace of mind that the installation will be not only pleasing to the eye, but more importantly watertight. Matt is an absolute artisan. Not only is his work structurally perfect it is literally a piece of art to behold. When he was finished I just looked at the work in awe as it was that beautiful. Now, I did have some help picking out the actual tile from a friend but I assure you that Matt's artistic acumen shined through. In addition to everything I've mentioned , Matt is super easy to work with only wanting to please . Matt, also saved , in my kitchen and another bathroom, some tiles where the grouting had deteriorated .Without hesitation, Matt(Mr. Grout) is the one you want to call if you have any kind of tile work to be done.

Matt was great. Very professional. He called me right back. I was looking to have some light repair work done on a couple of bathrooms. Matt's first available time was more than a week out. Since I need the work done sooner I thanked him for calling me back and said that I'd need to work with somebody else. Without me even then asking, he promptly suggested another company and said they do excellent work. Even though I didn't have the work done, I would definitely call Matt for another job since he went out of his way to be helpful and recommend another contractor. Thanks Matt.

Matt was not only on time but arrived a few minutes early. His prices were extremely competitive. Best of all, he's honest and will try to save you money wherever possible. He did a wonderful job and is highly recommended. He solved my water problem and helped me avoid the expense of a plumber. Additionally, he told me I had no black mold, which worried me a bit since there was water behind the wall, saving me a huge expense hiring a mold expert. Good guy, pleasant and polite, and best of all, responsible!
