Description of Work: Re-grouted my shower. They came on time the job was excellent and cleaned up and then came back twice no questions or complaints to redo the epoxy grout which had cracked for unknown reasons. Very reasonable and high quality.

Description of Work: Cleaned slate tile and grout in master bathroom. Replaced caulking. Cleaned porecelin tile and grout in second bathroom.

Description of Work: Matt and his wife are extremely personal and professional. I had my bathroom remodeled and the contractor used an inferior caulk and did an extremely poor job at applying it. I called Matt Gera based on his Angie's List reviews and he turned a nightmare into a much better situation. He worked me into his schedule much sooner than his regular availability, removed the old caulk, and took time to install the correct caulk well. He advised me to not continue the process until some painting was done and returned on another occasion to finish so the job would be done right. On his second visit he and his wife fixed some of the grout that needed extra work also. He ended up using several different kinds of caulk to finish the project because that was what was needed. He also fixed a couple of other problems the contractor left and advised me on the tile we had installed. He went way above and beyond at every level. His work has held up beautifully for the past several months and I expect it to do so for the long term. The $150 charge was for each visit but it was more than a fair price for the work he did. Mr Grout is absolutely deserving of all the high praise he's gotten on Angie's List. I would seek him out for any project.

Description of Work: I did not use the service and sought to recover the $125 but the process has been very frustrating. In order to receive a refund I apparently need a contract number which I do not have and have no way of recovering. It is now on Angie to help me recover my money. What do you say, Angie?

Description of Work: Was supposed to lighten the grout in my small galley kitchen floor and bathroom and did not. Only thing done was cleaned two grout lines where wine spilled. I called him back to have him come out and his availability was not good. He did not call me back.
