After ducts, vents and returns were cleaned, they literally shined as though brand new.

They went up on our roof to clean out the dryer vent. There was a huge blockage and he explained that part of the lint ball was burned. We were super lucky that it didn't start a fire. We will be calling them yearly for dryer duct cleaning!

This was a usual circumstance as I had a very long dryer duct to be cleaned. Apparently, it had too many nests for the service person to unclog. However, that was not my concern. The service person slipped while standing on the top of my New dryer and severely dented it and also broke off a chunk of the top corner on my laundry room door. He came back two days later to try a different type of service on the air duct and brought the wrong tools and too short of a ladder so that also did not work. I had introduced the company to my neighbors below and they went and completed their work and then left without saying anything to me and the company has not responded to my phone calls to address the situation.

The project actually was DUCT CLEANING (Home Advisor: your survey format did not include this--fix your survey!), including the dryer vent. I looked for these services through Home Advisor, and NW Air Duct Services was quickly responsive, providing me with a specific scope of services and a reasonable price. Today, Andrew performed the service, providing photos, and covering all supply and return ducts, plus the dryer vent as requested. Very easy to work with. I recommend them.
