It went alright, they did the job and there were some problems they pointed out so that went fine, yes. The price was fine.

They performed excellent work. They scheduled us quickly- they performed with work within less then a week of giving us an estimate and worked extremely hard to complete the work in a day. They cleaned up thoroughly and communicated with me throughout the job. They were very pleasant to deal with.

Moe, the owner of Access Garage Door, was absolutely a pleasure to work with and I will use his company for services in the future. Something was wrong with my garage door sensors - the door would go up, but not down. Moe attempted to troubleshoot the issue by phone, helping me to avoid a service call and charge, but the sensor wiring was dead. Moe came out on time and introduced himself. He explained every step of the process and was clear about pricing. Not only did he do quality work, but he also gave me a great deal. I would recommend his services to anyone needed repairs.

Great. After I called I received a text from the tech stating his approximate arrival which was literally an hour after I called. Showed up when he promised and was in and out quickly. As he left I received a call from another garage door company replying to my call that AM...told them they missed the boat. A+

Access Garage Doors provided same day service because our door would not open, and the serviceman arrived at the earliest time of his ETA. He told me that the the roller bar for the counterbalance had failed and the entire counterbalance system needed to be replaced. It was obviously substandard. He finished the entire job in about 30 minutes, including lubricating the springs, rollers and tracks. I am grateful for the quick response to my call, especially since we faced a holiday weekend. I would not hesitate to call Access Garage Doors again.

EXCELLENT service - delivered exactly what they promised. No bait and switch moves with this company. I had received a quote from another garage door company to replace my garage door, which I felt was somewhat high. I sent an email to Moe (owner of Access Garage) to see if he could beat the price. He did - by $200. Now, I'm always weary of service providers who were not referred to me, since I've had a few bad experiences in the past. That being the case, I made sure that Moe was aware of exactly what work I needed done, Within 24 hours of my first contact with Moe, I had a beautiful new garage door, perfectly installed, for the exact price he quoted. Very efficient and came out very quickly in the evening.

The repairman arrived on time and explained what would have to be done to replace the cabling. Unfortunately that evening the cabling came off the spool. I call first thing the next morning. I left a voicemail explaining what had happened. In less than a hour the same repairman was at my house. The cables were fix. My experience with them was great. It was so good I will be calling to have them install a new garage door opener.

He did a good job. Was very courteous and professional

I purchased the deal last Tuesday. They have been hard to schedule with and then they didn't bother showing up fir the appointment. I am no longer using this a company.

Access provided same day service for the broken spring on one door and replaced, the next day, one door opener with new rollers and stops for both doors. They were on time for both their estimate and subsequent work. The installer was professional and offered suggestions on where I could save money. I was very happy with their service and recommend them to others who are looking for repair or complete door and equipment replacement.

Service man replaced broken door lifting cables, rusted bottom tracks, all rollers (mostly old and in bad shape) along with a couple of roller brackets. He explained everything, provided estimates and reasons why we should take advantage of their service visit, to replace the old tracks, rollers and brackets. He even glued and screwed in a lose section of the door and bottom rubber mat on his way out (at no charge). Highly recommended.

After having met Mo, I understand why Mo received such great reviews. It is well deserved. First, he comes when he says he will come. He came out twice: once to give me an estimate and once to do the work. Mo gave me a 2-hour window each time, and he came within that time slot each time. Second, he is very responsive. Each time I called him, Mo answered the call (not a receptionist or an assistant). This was great because I could get my questions answered with a quick phone call instead of having to play phone tag with a main office. Also, he came out to give me an estimate the day I called him at a time that was convenient for me. Third, Mo KNOWS garage doors. Seeing him in action is like observing a garage door master working his craft. He is quick, efficient, and effective. Fourth, Mo's price is reasonable. Finally, Mo is a great guy. He genuinely wants to help you fix your garage door without up-selling unnecessary products or services. At the same time, he doesn't want to cut corners to save a buck to the detriment of safety. He wants to do good work for a reasonable price for a safe garage door. This is great service. Mo, thanks again for your great service. We hope our garage door will last for years and years without further repairs, but if we have issues in the future, we are calling you!

Moe was very prompt and professional. He arrived within minutes of the appointed time and right now he is diligently working on installing my new door. He is very neat. I will finish this report when the job is completed but for now I am very very pleased with his professionalism and manners. It's nice to know there are contractors that actually care about their trade.completely new garage door system. While he was installing my door , frame ect I asked about the actual motor, because mine was at least 15 years old and was making a lot of noise and stopping once in awhile Moe (surprise surprise not really I thought he would have them on hand) As a result I have a new LiftMaster 8355 Premium Series 1/2 HP AC Belt Drive Garage Door Opener in addition to all the other items. I knew that we needed this the house is 30 years old the garage door had components that were at least 30 years old. I had budgeted for a complete new door and came in 400 dollars below my budget and got much more than I expected. The bottom line is I received what I paid for and had it done professionally and with courtesy. Thanks Moe

Very smoothly. Very professional and prompt. Pricing was fair and installation was quick and professional.

It didn't turn out very well. He was late getting here and I think he came the next day. Really didn't do what we needed to have done and kind of rigged it to repair the work that we needed done. I would not recommend them. He knew we wasn't happy and wanted my husband to go out there and help him do the work. He didn't speak very good english so it was difficult to communicate with him. He did get it functioning but not with the way we was expecting.

The experience was okay. When he came, he wanted to charge more. But since we discussed it, he agreed to charge less and not overcharge us.

They were great! He had incredible integrity and I would use them again.

Responsiveness of the Provider was phenomenal. When we called him, he immediately understood the Criticality of problem and showed up within 45 Minutes. Provider fixed the Major Problem which was frequent issue. He Identified the issue and infact made sure that the problem will not re occur. Provider also proactively made sure that the door weight was evenly distributed with out charging for the extra Part. Also suggested the alternatives which was indeed excellent feedback. I Recommend the Service and Professionalism.

I purchased a garage tuneup on here over the weekend for my sticking garage door. Access had a guy at my house on Monday who fixed the door in 20 minutes. Easy to schedule and quick service! Will call them first the next time I have a garage problem.
