Description of Work: The vendor and I set four different service dates. He never showed up or called to cancel or reschedule. He barely spoke English which could have contributed to the situation. However, I doubt that was the cause. He had my phone number and email address and could have used them at any time. He didn't.

Description of Work: Work went way beyond the coupon. I should have gotten 3 competitive bigs. Ended up costing over $650 plus the coupon. I did get a new single-door opener in there some place. Workman was pleasland and did what he said he would do. I was too anxious to ge the work done. But without the quotes, maybe the price was fair. It just was a LOT more than I planned to spend.

Description of Work: My relationship with this company began with a tuneup the garage door coupon. The garage door system was at least 30 years old. Which was done with swift and perfect effort. Then a week later a completely different problem arose and they came out a fixed the problem. No charge..Then this past week, the 30+ year old tracks fell apart and the door was stuck half closed. I called the owner of the company and he dropped two other jobs to come out immediately and fixed the problem replacing all the door track. I can recommend Access Garage Doors, Inc. They are wonderful to work with.

Description of Work: I feel ruined my garage door opening system, and would never recomend them. Now I will, have to have my son, put in a new system for me, when there was ABSOLOUTLY NOTHING WRONG WITH MY SYSTEM BEFORE HE CAME OUT. Now my total cost will be more like &450, not $99 special, which I had no intention of spending or needed before he came out. I feel was RIPPED OFF!!!

Description of Work: I really needed someone to fix my garage door on Christmas day I had the family coming overfor our first Chritmas dinner at the house and with my luck my garage door broke . I called every company and thier were all closed. Then i found access Garage Doors and called them and someone answered . i told them what was wrong and they had someone out with in the hour.
