Description of Work: Replaced garage door opener & made repairs at my rental property. I was not on site but my tenant was happy with the service. The technician arrived at the specified time, explained the problem, offered options for replacement and then finished the job quickly. They took my payment over the phone and left the receipt with my tenant. As a landlord I appreciate service providers that are easy to work with!

Description of Work: We called Access to have an estimate on replacing a garage door, and the representative on the phone spoke very broken English so it was difficult to understand what he was saying. When he came out to give an estimate, I told him what work would need to be done, and I could tell that he was barely understanding what I was trying to communicate to him. He took a few measurements, and spent less than 5 minutes looking over the work needing to be done on my garage door. He said he would email me an estimate, but I already know I'll be going elsewhere.
