Description of Work: The provider came out and fixed some broken hinges and put oil on the track. The angie's list coupon that I purchased for $79 was for replacement of the rollers. He said that he did not have the size rollers that were required and would have to order. Did not hear from him again until I threatened with poor review. He called & stated that he would provide a new code entry pad & "anything else I wanted" I have no idea what he meant, all I know is I paid $79 for work that wasn't done.

Description of Work: Saul and Mike arrived at the appointed time. They were professional and friendly. They replaced my garage door and opener. They were more than competent with the installation. They showed me how to use the new opener, as it had more features than my previous one. They cleaned up the area well after installation was finished. So far all is working well.

Description of Work: As he first looked at my vintage garage door openers(2), he said they were not safe. I suspected this might be the case. He offered a deal for both openers installed for 1500.00 plus tax. He was very proficient and cleaned up beautifully. He was professional and courteous. He deducted the $45 I paid for the deal from the cost. While I did not expect to make this investment at this time, I bless him every time I open my garage doors, quietly and smoothly. He installed the wall openers in a place where I can reach them as I exit my kitchen to the garage, eliminating a problem I had with having to walk into the dark garage to trigger a light. Excellent vendor!
