Description of Work: They, Moe, replaced a gear on the opener that I had purchased myself. His helper missed the 1st. appointment tho so it was rescheduled. A "C" for responsiveness is for his helper. Moe arrived in the time frame he quoted. I'm satisfied with the work & the price.

Description of Work: Access Garage Doors responded quickly to my request for two new garage door openers and weatherproofing on the garage doors. They were professional did the work quickly. The only negative to the experience (the "B" for quality) is that I needed to sweep up afterwards---there were metal "push pins" from the old weather stripping and other bits, etc. that were left on the floor and could have been a safety issue if young children were around.

Description of Work: My call to them was responded to immediately. They came out at my convenience and the young man could not have been nicer. He replaced the old metal wheels with new plastic ones and pointed out a few more issues with the door. I was never pressured into any other work that he did and was given options. I chose to have the extra work done and am very glad I did. I loved the fact that all replacement parts were carried with him on the truck and dealt with right then. I'm very pleased with the work done with a good attitude. Explaining what was being done as he went along. I would definitely use them again but hope I don't have to!!

Description of Work: Checked to see why my door was not closing. Discovered a sensor was off, only needed an adjustment. Offered me Angie's List coupon for roller replacement which I took them up on. I never felt pressured and the work was top notch. I'd highly recommend.

Description of Work: They were responsive and timely. The technician was polite and very knowledgeable. He was able to solve an issue that had been nagging the system through 2 prior visits by other companies.

Description of Work: Access Garage did an excellent job. I asked them to give me a quote for some work that I wanted to be done in the near future (replacing three different garage doors). They gave me a good honest quote and fixed one of my doors to get us through to the time that we were actually looking to replace the doors. I really appreciate this professionalism, because it may have delayed the original work slightly but they have another pleased customer. We will be doing business again in the future.

Description of Work: He came alone and my garage door was heavy. He needed me a110# woman to help him. Then had to come back and charged me more than I expected.
