Description of Work: Provider said they can only look at the garage door if it was not working. Because my garage worked at times and didn't work during other times, Garages Unlimited said this prevented them from trouble shooting the problem. I was very suspicious and didn't buy that logic so I requested another services provider who came to my home and fixed the problem.

Description of Work: They inspected the garage door and replaced all the rollers. Now the door operates much smoother and quieter. They also sold us a garage door opener which we definitely need. Very efficient and very responsive.

I also had one of my old wheels that had come off the old spring system a few times & that's what really needed fixing. | |After talking to Tim I decided to go with a new Torsion spring system conversion. Description of Work: They came. They adjusted the electric eye, got my remote control working properly, and adjusted the garage door so that it lands softly rather than with a bump. They also changed the rollers on the garage door, several of which had broken bearings. This makes the door move more smoothly and quietly and keeps it on the tracks. Everything went well. They were on time, pleasant to deal with, efficient, and did excellent quality work.
