They came and changed some parts that did make the door work quiter. They could not get the door remote functions to syn with the car. They tried to upsell my wife into a new model. The lights worked for one day. Called to let them know the issues and they stated they can't do anything about it.

purchased a big deal coupon for garage door tune up. called and was able to speak to a person to arrange an appointment that was convenient for me. mo showed up within the time slot alloted completed the work that was included in the coupon. i also had other issues with my garage door that were addressed at a very reasonable cost. i would without hesitation use this company again.

The company first scheduled an appointment then ended up not showing up. I had to reschedule and then they changed the date of service again. Finally when they came, the replaced the rollers but also charged me $60 for adjusting the opener. I had to call to get this explained as I was not home when the work was done. Overall the service was fine except for an unexpected charge.

Approximately one week after AL coupon purchase, office called to schedule appointment. Several days later technician was in neighborhood and could do service call early. technician was polite, proficient, proposed cheerfully do a good quick job.

The tune up and repair to my garage door was factastic. They showed up right on time and worked quickly. After listening to my suggestions and then running the door up and down a few times he replaced the rollers and also the motor / drive belt assembly. Overall great work quality and very polite. I plan to use them again.

I had an appt scheduled with an 8-10am window, service technican arrived by 10am. Explained what would be completed. Technician stated that I needed new springs (garage is 11 years old) safety issue for lifting and lowering heavy garage door. The garage is much quieter. The job was performed in less than an hour.

.Everything was done very well in time for work to be done and performance of the necessary tune-up.

I would use them again in a heartbeat.

It made the door much quieter. In a 8-10 window, he arrived at 8:30. Cleaned and inspectedit. then showed me issue with springs. He replaced them and installed a safety ststem so if years form now a spring breaks the door wont crash down. That alone would have been worth the cost.

Access Garage Doors offered a special Angie's List service call which i bought though i knew i would probably ask about replacing the more than 20 year old garage door mechanism. Sam (?) was polite and enthusiastic, and was able to rather quickly service the door channels and cables and replace the old garage door opener unit.

Arrived promptly, was funny and pleasant and fast and fantastic!The company i had used before who installed the doors and openers was more expensive , upcharged for eveything and every monute and were not friendly. MOE IS THE BEST!

They arrived early and worked quickly. They took less than 1 hour to finish the job. They were very thorough.

Everything was awesome. Access arrived within the time window that we set up and everything was done quickly. It was determined that I would need a new garage door opener after he finished the tune-up and roller replacement. I was afraid that was going to be the case but a new one was installed in no time at all -- including all the trimmings (keypad, remotes, main wall switch). Access made sure everything worked to my satisfaction, including all remotes and offered to program the car homelink system. It was a very good professional experience. I will recommend Access Garage Doors to all my friends and neighbors.

Well done. This is the first Angie's List promotion that I have used and won't be the last if they all deliver like Access did. Very knowledgeable from secretary to service. I will recommend to my customers as well.

The cable on our garage door snapped late in the afternoon, making it impossible to open the door without a repair. We called Access Garage Doors and told them we needed that car the next day. They responded within 30 minutes and told us someone would be by in roughly an hour. They were punctual, fixed the problem (replacing the single spring with two so if this happens again, we can still open the door, and even checked and fixed some bad roller (and they threw in a can of silicone spray for roller maintenance), all for an "Angie's List" price. I highly recommend them.

They ran a little late but no big deal as some confusion from the office where the tech was. But he got here and was VERY professional! Took me through all the work he was going to to for the $99 special ( which I thought was really good) Then he would go over any problems he found. I already knew I had a cracked spring so expected an add on. So in only 1 hour, he replaced both springs as they were needed badly, he also showed me and replaced both cables as they were rusting. He adjusted both side rails to give a better seal. I've had spring replacement quoted before and access did it for MUCH less! He was then all done and the door worked like a champ, quite, and perfect seal. He then saw the push button panel for accessing the garage from the outside and he asked how that was working. I told him it hasn't worked in 10 years and wasn't really worried about it. It only took him about 2 minutes to figure out the problem and it was working once I put the new code in. He also then programmed my new car for access through the cars garage opener. Again, about 1 -2 minutes he had it done and I tried for an hour when I bought the car and couldn't get it to work...NO CHARGE!! Now that's service... Talk about a professional group....I would use them again in a heartbeat if I ever have any problems!

The work was very professional. They came out the same night witch was amazing, Ny sons car was still inside and that saved him from being late. Access garage doors was a life saver. I will recommend them to friends and family
