He arrive on time, showed me what was wrong with the springs. He replaced the springs and then called me in to the garage to show me the uneven wear of the rollers. He suggested I have those replaced also; but he didn't pressure me to do it. I agreed to have the rollers replaced. After he was finished with the work, he opereated the door to show me how the new springs and rollers now opened and closed the door. He also pointed out that the door now sat evenly on the garage floor which it hadn't before.

I made the service call today morning and he reached within 20 minutes to fix the broken garage door spring. He fixed some other items and changed the brackets without charging extra. He pointed out the broken bearings and noise coming from all 3 doors and offered good price for replacing all of them. I am very pleased with the professionalism, price and quality of the work. The service technician is the owner of the company with good experience in installation and repair of garage doors with right tools. I highly recommend him for garage door repairs.

On April 10 a storm in our neighborhood caused a power problem at our home and damaged a number of electronic devices, including the garage door opener. We'd called Access the week-prior because the garage door spring broke and had a good experience with Moe. We called, he came out a few hours later to check-out the existing opener and determined it could not be repaired. He replaced the garage door opener with a similar model. The price was good; we checked the retail price of the model he installed and were satisfied we received a good deal. We'll think of Moe and Access Garage Doors, Inc. should we ever need help with our garage door again.

Moe called to confirm our address and his arrival time, which was a pleasant surprise because we called on a Sunday. He was quick to get to work replacing the broken spring, made a few adjustments, and recommended a few other repairs which we asked him to do. The garage door functions smooth and quiet. Clearly someone who has done this before, with lots experience and the right tools.

Our old garage door's spring failed and would not open. We had one car trapped inside. It was a very old wooden door that the previous owner apparently failed to maintain (we moved in about 9 months ago). We called three places for estimates and chose Access Garage Doors. They promptly came out and did quality work replacing it. They finished the job in a few hours. I'm very happy with the results.

Everything went smoothly and very professionally. All very easy, and very satisfied with results.

It went great. He really shows care and professionalism in his work. It was cold out in the garage, but this did not phase him the least bit. Great guy.

He showed up in less than 30 minutes from my call, replaced the broken hinges that I noticed, showed me a few others that were broken and replaced those. He also replaced the bearings on the wheels and what a difference it made in the noise level! He offered me a great deal on a new 3/4 hp garage door opener by LiftMaster, but I am buying a Sommer. They said they would install anything I purchased. I will definitely use Access again!

It went very quick. He did what was expected. He substituted a different type of wheel that cost extra. Be aware of extra costs.

I took advantage of a Big Deal in July of 2012 to have Access Garage Doors perform an overall inspection of our garage door system. The person arrived on time, did the work and charged the agreed-upon price. The person was a little on the gruff side personally, but he seemed to know what he was doing. I felt I received good service. Then last week the garage door broke. I called Access. I was told to expect the repair person to come out between 8 and 10 the following morning, a Saturday. Later on that same day I was called by Access to confirm my address. On Saturday the appointment window time came and went. I called at 10:15 and had to leave a message. I called again at 10:30 when no one called back. I waited a short time more and then called Crystal Overhead Doors, the company we originally did business with. I had to leave a message since it was Saturday, but on Monday they called first thing in the morning. We arranged a time. The repair person arrived as agreed and pronounced the problem as a stripped gear. He did the work in twenty minutes. So now I don't believe the Big Deal in this case was such a great deal. I paid $99 for an "inspection" that probably should have revealed the wear of the gear. Not showing up for an appointment or returning messages means I will never be calling Access again. I'll be calling Crystal Doors.

Very good. The serviceman was very professional and provided us different options. The price was right and exactly matched estimate. Our garage door is old and we will have to replace it in 4-5 years and did not wanted to spend $1100 on new garage door.

When our garage door spring broke late on a Sunday afternoon, we thought there would be no way we could find anyone to repair it until Monday, and we would have to take time off from work. We called Moe from Access Garage Doors, and he came within an hour to do the job! We had been having other troubles with the door, and he ended up replacing the springs, rollers and cable. The door has worked smoothly and quietly ever since! We were just so grateful that he came right over on a Sunday evening and did the work so quickly and professionally. He really knows his stuff!

Terrible! One minute they told me that they do come out to my area - but the day of the appointment he calls and tells me that he does NOT come out to this area. Don't call them!

Access Garage Doors helped me fix an aging old garage door system with a new pull system that is very very quiet compared to what i had before. He installed new rollers and tightened all the chains and parts in the motor. I am very happy with the service and the price.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal. They did a great job. I used them twice. They were here early. They were on time and did the work very efficiently.

Of course, the new opener we needed was more than the coupon, etc., but the service guy had it with him, we could pay right then, and it was installed and has been working great. Very efficient, and new opener is even very quiet. Would definitely call them again.

They rescheduled on me three times on the day that they were supposed to be there. They called me and apologized and offered the service at no charge, but that wasn’t what happened. They still charged me the full price for the service.

The tension spring on my garage door broke on New Year's Eve, effectively trapping our 2 cars in the garage. Couldn't find anyone at that time or on the 1st to work on it. Contacted Moe around 8am on the second. He said he would be out between 10 and 12. He was. He had the spring replaced in about 20 minutes and then, at his suggection, he replaced the rollers with better quality units. All done inside of an hour. He even gave me a can of spray lubricant to use on the moving parts from time to time. Door now works great. Moe is da man

Purchased a big deal special for Access Garage Doors. It was great chance to get our old garage door checked out. Making the appointment was easy, they provided a two hour window for the appointment and the representative showed up on time. While the visit was quick ( 15 minutes or so) he changed the rollers as advertised and made some additional adjustments. He took the time to point out a couple of things we should monitor but was never pushy. Our garage door is opening and closing much more smoothly and quietly! We will use this company again.

The technician was prompt and worked very efficiently. He lubricated the door hinges and tracks and installed new rollers as well as a new bulb in the overhead door opener. I was advised that the door springs were old and could cause damage if one of them snapped. Offered to replace springs for $200.00. I decided not to have this additional work done.

I have no complaint's about the service provided by Access Garage Doors. Moe contacted me to make an appointment for the initial tune-up. He was delayed getting to my home but he was conscientous enough to call and give me a heads up that he was running late. The door tune-up was done quickly and without any hiccups. After talking about the condition of the springs used to open and close the door, we came to the conclusion they should be replaced with a garage torsion spring. Unfortunately, he could not do the work that day because he did not have all of the parts needed to replace the existing springs. We set up a time and date that was convenient for both of us to install the new torsion spring. Moe arrived on time and installed the new torsion spring quickly and efficiently. Any debris or old parts were cleaned up by him and disposed of. He even offered to look at my garage door to make certain it was fuctioning correctly. He noticed the metal track for the garage door opener was not aligned properly. He took the time to correc this situation and did not charge me for this repair. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to have work done to their garage doors.

The guy came to replace my Garage door rollers which he did. He then showed me that the Roller spring was broken and needed replacement. No pressure sales, just informative. I went ahead and that done and the garage door works great and quietly

The appointment was easy to schedule. I would use them again.
