Did a good job fixing the door!

I called Access Garage Doors at about 5:30 PM requesting service. I figured that I would not be able to get service until either the next day or two. But to my surprise service started that evening around 7 PM and completed before 8 PM. I'm very happy with the results, the completed work was highly skilled and quality parts (2 torsion springs and all track rollers) were installed, adjusted, and lubricated.

I made an appointment with Access Garage Doors through an Angie's List Deal. Moe, the owner, showed up when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it right away. He was professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use Access again. I would also recommend him to others.

This is a great company. They quickly identified what was wrong with our garage not opening and fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. They were punctual and responsive. Very much worth the price. Highly recommended!

We have an old wooden garage door and the open close switch is right next to the garage door. So one has to go all the way into the garage to press the button for the door to open and the remote opener has never worked. Moe was great! He came to my home the day after I bought the "service call big deal" and he was here on time. Moe was able to move the switch and assist me with reprogramming the remote. He also advised as to issues that may come up in the future since the door is so old. I know we will be in the market for a new garage door in the future and I will definitely be calling Access Garage Doors for all my future garage door needs!!

Excellent in all ways. He was on time, fast, courteous, and very experienced.

There was a bit of difficulty in getting appointment scheduled, but provider was prompt once he realized I had made several attempts to contact him. I am not sure if work was completely necessary, but I considered it preventative maintenance. I had a bit of difficulty understanding the provider's recommendations due to language barrier, but went ahead with his suggestions because we have never serviced our garage doors in the 8 years we have lived in this house.

My experience was really good. The technician was good and on time for the appointment. They were able to come out shortly after I had purchased the big deal. The new garage door is nice and working well.

Went to open the garage door and one of the 2 tension spring snapped. Automatic opener could not open door without both springs. I would have done the repairs myself but did not have time. I found vendor on Angie's List with many good reviews. I called for a price not expecting service for a day or two. He said he could do the job and quoted a reasonable price but apologized he could not arrive for a couple of hours. He arrive promptly during time window. Was very efficient and completed spring and guide replacement quickly and cleaned up old parts. I recommend and if have future needs I will call agin.

We bought the deal, called the same morning and they came the next day. He was prompt, efficient and effective. I was very pleased.

I only can say that Moe was very professional and he knew what he was doing... came in fix it and left.. awesome job, and the price was very reasonable. I will use his services again. Nidya

Good job but some difficult of contact

Quick response to call. Came out next day. Was quick, thorough, knowledgeable, honest. We hire again!

Service was excellent and fast! Kept giving me discounts and explaining why he did everything the way he did.

My wife took off work to be there and no one showed up.

Although it took a long time for the service provider to get back to me to schedule an appointment, once he came he was excellent and fixed all our problems. I will definitely use Access Garage Doors again; but I"m not sure I'm going to need to any time soon!

I just want my $45 refunded so I can try to do business with a different vendor.

They did not contact me in the two days that they said they would. I finally called after two weeks of not hearing them, set an appointment, made time to be home and they massaged me and said they would could not make it. I will not be dealing with this service provider.

It went well, it turns out that my garage door need bigger spring.They ordered parts during weekend, and returned next Monday have the springs replaced.

Moe was excellent. He came out at 8:00pm to fix our very broken door. He was incredibly professional and did a great job. What really impressed me was his honesty. He asked me where I got his name and Moe honored his Angie List discount without me mentioning it. Overall, I would highly recommend Access.

Everything went fine, he had replaced a lot of old parts and things have been working smoothly since the work was completed.

Very quick response. Replaced broken spring on garage door. Also he noticed that a few of the rollers need to be replaced, did so at a very resonable price. Greased the entire door system no charge.

I bought it and they never contacted me for a week, and so I changed my mind. I still might use them in the future since they have such good reviews.

I had the deal for a $45 service call, and gave several options for scheduling. He let me know he could come today, and called when he was 20 minutes away- worked out great for my schedule. The issue I had was a quick fix, but he made sure I knew how the new sensors operated and how and when to adjust the opener force. He let me know what issues I might have with this door in the future, but not in a "hard sell" kind of way. Overall, it was a good experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to call again.

First off, he did a great job on fixing my garage doors. I have two garage doors and they were not going up and down very smoothly. He I dentified the problem quickly and replaced the springs and roller wheels on both doors. They only issue I had was that he wasn't very responsive to voice mails or e-mails. It took him a while to respond to my requestes. Second, he left the springs on the second garage door hanging from the ceiling so that I had to take them down myself. Finally, he placed 3 stickers of his company on both garage doors and my wall. I think that was a bit too much. Like I said at the beginning he did a good job on the work, but needs to improve on responsiveness.
