Four Seasons Garage Doors

After just moving into our home, I had just come in through the garage door, and I heard a loud snap whle the door was closing. After reading all the good reviews on Angie's List, we called Access Garage Doors to check it out. It took a few days for Moe to get back to us, but when he did, but he was very apologetic. He came out within a few days, and replaced both springs on our garage door opener. He also showed me how to program our opener, since the previous owner didn't leave a manual. In addition, he asked if I had a lightbulb so that he could replace the dead bulb in the garage, and then proceeded to ask if there was anything else he could help with. I wa very happy with the services that were performed, and I thought the price was fair. In the following day or two, I received a call from Moe, stating that I overpaid him, and he immediately sent me a check for $50! I was very impressed with this guy!, and would HIGHLY recommend this company!

Overall I was very pleased. The person who came to the house was clearly trying to hustle and do a good job so we would refer him. He did everything we asked very quickly and even did some extra (lubricating hinges on second door that wasn't included in deal). He adjusted the height of the door stop even though I wasn't too concerned with it and made sure I tried everything and showed me what was done and that it was done correctly before he left. The only area for possible improvement was scheduling. It wasn't clear from the deal how we were supposed to contact them and there was some confusion over dates we provided. Would definitely use again and would recommend to others.

Promptly returned my call for service. Showed up when he said he would. Went through issues of original system and then installed a new one. Very quickly and efficiently performed service. Polite and only selling me what I needed.

Access Garage Doors responded very quickly to our call. The door that needed a new roller was fixed during the first visit. We needed a second appointment to repair the bent door. As our doors are no longer made, if this door was deemed unfixable, we would have had to replace not only the bent door but all three doors in order to have matching doors. Looking at the door from the outside, it looks fine. Looking at the door from the inside of the garage, the broken hardware was replaced and a metal brace was installed going across the width of the door. We were very happy that the door could be repaired rather than facing replacement of three garage doors.

Everything turned out well. The technician was very helpful and informative, did a great job, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service.

They did a great job. They were on time, friendly, competent (I thought it would be a two man team it was just one technician) and diligent.

Good guy. There on time. However, everything just kept adding up and up and up. Soon, $45 turned into $160. I imagine this is pretty typical but I think it lessens the value of these Angie's List "deals" some. It's like the $45 bucks is the cost for them to show up and I'm pretty sure that's what they're going to charge regardless.

Moe was in my driveway waiting for me. Right on time. One look and he was designing a different and better method to open the garage door. I have had service on the door before, but the door has never has the door operated so nice as it does now. He cleaned everything up when finished and explained everything he did. You can bet the Moe will be called upon in the future.

Only issue is that garage door is now very squeaky.

He’d been here before so I liked that he didn’t try to sell me a new system. It was easy to schedule the appointment and he was very punctual.

It went well. When he first came out, he just looked at the opener and stated that we needed a new one. That wasn’t an option for us, so he repaired it. I told him that I thought it was a bit expensive and he even came down on the price. He’s a great businessman and didn’t mind working in negative temperatures. He was very responsive, which was very nice.

The service from Access Garage door was excellent. The installer explained everything he was going to do and why. He gave me maintenance tips on what to do every couple of months to keep the door working well.

I ordered a big deal for a service call from Access Garage Doors. I called on the same day to try to schedule the service. During my first call, someone answered and rudely said they would call back and hung up without taking my name or contact information. I then left two voicemails to try to schedule service. Per the Big Deal, they should have contacted me by September 1 to schedule service. It is now September 3 and I have not received a call. DO NOT ORDER THE BIG DEAL FROM THIS COMPANY if you are looking for timely service. I have since contacted another company and had my work completed.

I called to schedule work on a broken garage door spring. The door would not open and my car was essentially trapped in the garage. The indicated that they would come out between 10am and Noon the next day. They did not come out during this time window and did not call me to cancel or reschedule the appointment. No one is answering their phone and it is impossible to leave a message at any of their phone numbers. It simply says that their voicemail is not setup properly and then it hangs up. I have emailed and messaged them through Angie's List, but have received no response. I had to call another service provider to provide repair service because it is impossible to reach them. Very disappointing experience.

He was nice and very quick. Added more braces to the door, changed the spring and roller, put on a new rubber weather stripping at the bottom of the door, fixed the opener light socket because I had only one light working, replaced the remote on the wall with a digital one with time and temp, and showed me how to reprogram my pin on the pad. My only complaint is the time it took to hear back from him to schedule a appointment. He told me he was waiting for other calls in this area but it took 3 weeks for him to come.

Moe showed up on time and did the repair in less than an hour.

Arrived on time. Very professional and fast. Our garage door had been driving us nuts because it would constantly reopen when we tried to close it. Eventually, the cables unraveled and so we had to call someone. Access offered a deal on Angie's List and had good ratings, so we gave them a try. Everything worked out well. They had to come back once to readjust the cables -- but they handled that matter promptly too.

Where do I start? I had just closed my 15+ year old wooden garage door when I heard a loud POP! I could not lift the disabled door by myself. I quickly searched Angie's List and found Access Garage Doors. An "A" rating with nearly 300 positive reviews was plenty of proof they were worth a call. I was pleased to speak with Moe who said he'd be over within an hour. Despite a torrential downpour he still was here on time. And this was on a Saturday afternoon. He immediately noted one of the tension springs was snapped. He proceeded to replace both springs very quickly. He also replaced a gear wheel in my door opener. He also was kind enough to program my in-car opener remote, as we had not used our opener in a quite some time. He provided some very helpful maintenance tips. I will be site to use him again in the future. I am more than pleased with Moe and his exceptional service and professional attitude. Highly recommended.

He re-strung the wires, then took off the offending piece of wood & rehung it flush against the other piece of wood. Totally fixed the problem (yea!!) Both times he was here he was in and out in under an hour. Always on time too! I highly recommend this company!

Access garage was great and I would highly recommend them. They came out quickly and performed the job quickly at a very good price.

Moe came out on a Sunday morning to fix the broken spring. Made the request via email Saturday night and he responded within an hour. After the work was done he asked whether anything more was to be done and whether his service was as expected. Very friendly, quick, and professional.

Moe was very responsive and prompt. He worked hard to get the job done. I felt the pricing might have been a bit high. I asked for a second remote opener, and was a little surprised at the price (I had gotten the impression he was throwing it in for free). He told me it would be $10 more at a Menards, but my research afterwards proved that to be a little white lie. I wish I'd just ordered one online and saved $25. I also wish he hadn't put a big sticker on the wall next to the wall button. That won't be fun to remove when I need to repaint. That said, he did throw in and install a keypad entry for free. Overall, it was a good experience.

Communication poor, can't understand via phone, only talks via email.
