Four Seasons Garage Doors

This is the second time I've used this company's service. Responded same day promptly. Had parts in stock. Did not have to have them ordered and wait. $45 paid to Angie's Big Deal, $90 for gear, $150 for circuit board. Also gave some instruction to avoid damaging our old system, by too quickly repeat opening and closing.

There was a communication problem initially regarding scheduling but it worked out. Working with Moe was fine.

They were nice and came on time. They did a good job.

Requested maintenance for recently purchased home garage. He only replace liner on garage. I have to have another company come out and replace lost or lose nuts. Also, had to have liner replace because it was too short along with wiring. I wouldn't use this company again.

Contacted company around 3 p.m. on 11/4. They called back shortly after and said they would be here between 8 and 10 the next morning. My garage door wouldn't shut so I had to leave it open overnight, although I feel that if I had let them know it was somewhat of an emergency, they would have come that same night. As it was, I just waited until the next morning and left garage door open all night. Around 8:20 a.m. Moe arrived to inspect the damage. He quickly repaired the track and put the new bolt in place. The work up to this point was $45. At this time, he mentioned that our old plastic rollers should be replaced and he could do it that day for $80. I told him to go ahead and take care of it, since you could see ours were old and not the best quality. He replaced all ten rollers and also installed longer bolts and the bottom of the door, so the problem we had would be less likely to happen again. Very pleased with Moe and this company. I couldn't believe how fast he worked!!

Service was great. The gentleman that came was prompt, courteous, and listened well. I appreciated his willingness to not only do the tune-up and fix obvious issues, but also to teach me to troubleshoot in the future.

The work was performed professionally and fast.

Initial visit OK, he was to follow up on another repair, but he is very unreliable, For 3 weeks in a row has promised to install another part, but never shows up. I will find someone else to complete the repair,

well. some debris was left and some caulking was not done

The most incredible service experience I've ever seen. I called Moe at around 6:15pm in the evening, expecting to have to schedule a time and perhaps have to leave work or re-arrange my schedule. Moe was here 20 minutes later, and 20 minutes after that, he was done! He was very courteous and professional and did great work. Unbelievable!

They were incredible prompt when I called them. They came out immediately to take down the old garage door and were extremely responsive to me. They were very straightforward and they answered all my questions. The workmanship was great and they were very professional. They gave me helpful ideas to hide some wires and made sure the job was clean and neatly done.

Great service! Moe came out to fix our garage door which was not opening from the wall button/switch. He came within a couple days of calling, on time, and was fast, efficient and helpful. He explained the problem and replaced the wall plate and reconnected the wires. Definitely will use him again.

Service went well and he also made sure other garage doors in working order. Very pleased with the service.

The experience was excellent and he was prompt and on-time. When he tried the garage door out it seemed like it was fine. I recall there being no problems with scheduling and their pricing for the service call was great, it was a deal. The work was great except that a day or two later I was hearing a different noise again. It sounds like it’s hitting something when it opens and I will call them again to diagnose.

One of the best services I have experienced ever .....Mo is professional and very thorough in his work ....he is fast and has an expertise in his work. He didn't upsell anything and at every step made sure that the work to be done was as per the satisfaction....i would also suggest the patrons here that the tips and suggestions Mo provides is valuable and is good to be carried out ...all in all it has been a pleasure doing business with access garage did i tell you the price i was quoted (before access garage) they did it in less than half of the estimated price from others

The work was done in an efficient and timely manner. Unfortunately, at the end, the professionalism went way down. The worker explained to me that his rubber that he used was a builder's rubber, which I understood. He then stated "Pay me what you think it is worth." Being not in the business, I purchased my rubber at a hardware store for under $10. So I gave him $15. He then went on to explain to me that his cost $80 and I felt that I was being hustled. He asked me if I wanted a receipt for the $15 to which I said no. Plus, he mentioned nothing about the 10% off of accessories that is listed on the Angie's List coupon.

Door would occasionally get stuck on the track and reverse, and sometimes we wouldn't notice, leaving it open and exposed while we were away. Took these guys up on the Angies List deal. They were fast and courteous, and the door works better and quiter than it ever has. Thanks

It happened twice so I am no longer interested in doing business with them.

The garage door had gotten off the tracks and the cable was hanging from front of the garage door . The door wouldn't go up or down. The sides of the tracks were bulging at both ends. The service representative was punctual and courteous. He recognized the problem and explained to me was caused it. He had it repaired within 45 minutes and didn't charge me because I had already paid for the service charge and I was a member on Angie's List. I was impressed with his professionalism.

We did not use the Deal and are in the process of getting it refunded. He called us back but a different company was able to handle our two garage doors more quickly.
