Description of Work: Depends on the crew. Some are excellent, others are ok. If you find a team that you like, make sure to request them for every cleaning. They are always prompt.

Description of Work: The relationship started off OK; cleaning was done well. Then they started becoming more careless, next thing we knew the cleaning crew was changed, and then they completely missed a cleaning date. When we called the office they had no idea what had happened. That's when we canceled, but they kept calling to confirm service every two weeks, I would call to remind them we had canceled. Then we had a charge show up in our bank statement for service 2 months after we canceled. When I called them, they claimed they had done a cleaning even though I had called them the day before in response to their "reminder" to remind them we were no longer customers. At that point, I sent a registered letter to be very clear that we were done with them, and to request our key back. We ended up going through the bank's challenge procedure to get the charge reversed, and we never did get our key back.
