I had spent the last 4-5 weeks having to shut down and restart my computer up to 5 times a day. Constantly freezing. Called Nick on Thursday afternoon - he offered to come on Friday but I wasn't available so we scheduled Monday. Showed up exactly on time - I've used Nick before so wasn't at all surprised that he determined some of the issues that could be causing the freezing and resolved them. Did some double and triple checking before leaving. Had me try some of the same things that caused problems before and no problems remained. Two days later and I still haven't had a freeze-up.

My computer was running slow. I called Nick he got back to me in a short time , arranged to pick up my computer & got it back to me in a short time. Very good service & price. Now my computer runs like it did when it was new. Great service.

Nick was excellent, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!! First let my say that I have a custom built computer, not an "off the shelf" desktop. It was not a problem for Nick. I have a computer background myself and could not figure out the problem as to why I could not connect to the Internet. I had two other knowledgeable computer professionals look at my system and could not find the problem either. I was concerned that I would have to reformat my machine and reload the software and I have a lot of software. Nick was extremely confident that he could fix the problem without having to reformat my hard drive. He said, " I only reformat if you have a hardware problem which he could quickly see that I did not. Nick had my system connected to the Internet within 20 minutes after his arrival. He did admit this was an unusual problem and that took him a little longer to figure it out !!! Nick then proceeded to clean out many unnecessary files and programs and got my system running faster as well. A very professional young man who you could tell right away is honest and sincere. You will not be disappointed..........GUARANTEED !!

Nick arrived a little before the appointment and got right to work. Fortunately for me, he liked cats because three of my seven were very interested in him as he worked. He immediately noted the excess noise coming from my hard drive and checked it out, but thankfully found no error codes or warnings. Excess and/or conflicting programs were removed. A nonfunctioning all-in-one scanner-printer-fax was finally made operational. By the time Nick finished, the hard drive was much quieter and -- one day later -- the whole system is virtually running like new. The personalized service Nick provided was worth every cent.

Provider came out to my house to fix my computer. The provider is very competant and takes care of the problem quickly. I find his services to be excellent.

I now have a brand new computer that works perfectly. Rick is a pleasure to work with, and I had everything back in 3 days. I've had many computer techs over the years, and he clearly is the best I've ever worked with. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Nick did a fantastic job. He was able to change some things around and get to me the same day I called as I was in a jam. He is fast, doesn't waste time and very efficient. A very pleasant guy and I would refer him to anyone in heartbeat. He is actually coming back in a couple of days to do some more work on a different computer.

Nick did a wonderful job repairing my laptop. He is knowledgeable, courteous, fairly priced and genuinely values me as a customer. My laptop had both hardware and software issues and he fixed everything. PS: His pickup / delivery service is great!

Working with Nick was great ? he responded quickly, arranged for both pick-up and drop-off times that were convenient for me. He told us the issues (mostly the need to increase RAM from 1 to 4GB), and did what he said he would do. Great communication. I would recommend Nick to all and would be happy to use him again !

He was on time, friendly, efficient, reasonably priced and knew his stuff. We were very very happy we chose him. His prices were also more reasonable that others. Truly an outstanding guy.

Nick was punctual and did his best to resolve the issues we were having. Although he was unable to resolve the problem he was able to point out where we could possibly find a solution and guided us to the correct department within our new service provider. Nick checked back later to see if the issue had been resolved and to give us more ideas on resolving the problem -- which turned out to be with the service provider.

Nick called me back and meet me the same day I contacted him. I meet him the parking lot of my local McDonald's. He was able to analyze and resolve the problem in 1 day and return my computer the next day. It was nice to meet a computer repair tech who is honest, knowledgeable and is reasonably priced.

All three were returned and working properly within a week. I've had Nick work on my computers multiple times and I feel he is very competent in his knowledge of different hardware platforms. He shows enormous patience and perseverance in solving hardware and software issues. I appreciate his letting me know how things are going throughout the whole process.

Wonderful experience and I have used them before. I will continue to call them when I have a problem. He is dependable, knowledgeable and efficient. Everything was completed in a timely manner.

Nick is a very nice young man. Explained what he did, what we need to do and made some good recommendations.

When my new printer arrived, Nick came back and installed it properly for me. I would recommend him to anyone who wants competent, reasonable, and courteous service.

Nick was great. My laptop with kids pictures, video, files iphone data- were on my laptop which crashed. He came to my house picked it up gave me a ton of advice. The very next day he brought back my laptop to my house and the lost data was recovered and placed on a back up storage device. It was great service, hassle free, headache free, and very well priced.

Couldn't access the internet. Nick cleaned up the desktop and now it is running great. Nick was very professional and also provided some good ideas on running my desktop. I would use his services again and would also recommend him to others.

Nick was very courteous and knowledgeable about what was wrong with my computer, he made me feel confident the repair would be straightforward and my best alternative. Unfortunately, I did not use his service because I was out of his pick up/in-home repair vicinity and I found a local place that could do the work. He did assure me, if I did not find help elsewhere, he could setup repair at husband's office of which was in his repair vicinity and he had provided service to many times in the past. I appreciate his willingness to to help and recommend his repair services.

I have used Nick before and find him professional, knowledgeable and eager to find appropriate solutions. I will use Nick again for any home computing needs I might have.

Nick was very punctual and responsive. He was very good at diagnosing and fixing the problem as well as communicating with me regarding possible issues. He had all of the equipment to diagnose the issue within 24 hours and had the new power supply installed and available 48 hours later. Nick is very professional and I would use him again.

Upon returning computer he had fixed Outlook (I couldn't send), removed alll unnecessary programs loaded by last computer person that was slowing down my computer, loaded anti virus program, cleaned up files and re-installed at my house.. All work was completed and computer re=installed within 2 days. I was extremely happy with service and knowledge of tech. Computer is running better than ever and I feel at this time that I have finally found a good computer tech. THANK GOODNESS!

He was prompt, answered my calls, answered my questions and knew what he was doing.
