Very responsive and knowledgable

He did a diagnosis and general clean up of my computer. The charge for the pick up, taking care of the situation, and the return. It went all very well.

Nick returned my call right away and we talked about: what needed to be done, how long it would take and how much. He was straightforward about what he would do to remove the virus. The job he did was great! My computer works fine and he even included downloading free anti-virus software that will help us if this happens again.

I called Nick on a Tuesday and explained that my computer (a 4 1/2 year old Gateway tower) would not boot up. He thought it was possibly a virus; I had another idea (it crashed while loading Microsoft updates online and the connection died, so I thought a Windows function had been deleted while uploading the updates). He quoted a price of $200, plus parts if needed (based on an $85/hr. estimate) and no travel fee since he is only 5 miles away. He picked up the computer the next day and said he'd try to bring it back in 2 days (Friday). On Thursday morning, he called to say I was right; the computer didn't recognize my hard drive, plus the hard drive was ready to go to the "Great Gig in the Sky" (my phrasing--it wasn't going to last must longer is the actual term he used). He quoted a price of $35 for a new hard drive (larger than the one I had) and $25 to double my RAM (parts only!). I agreed and he said he would try to get it back to me on Friday or Saturday. I spoke to him on Saturday and he explained he was having a little more trouble than he anticipated and wanted to be sure everything was fixed correctly. He asked it he could bring it back on Monday and that was fine on my end. He delivered the computer on Monday as promised and everything was working great! The computer is much faster than it ever was and I'm thrilled with his work. He stuck to his original estimate, even though it took him longer than expected to fix it and told me if I ever have any problems to just call him and he would try to help me troubleshoot over the phone at no charge. Nick is enthusiastic, friendly, knowledgable, helpful and he sticks to his word. I am very happy with his services and would recommend him to anyone.

I was extremely pleased. They showed up promptly. They were very professional. Very easy to work with. They stayed within my budget, even though they spent more time than what was allotted (by a few hours!).
