Description of Work: "They arrived at approximately the correct time. One girl introduced herself and the other girl who did not speak English. So there was a lot of conversation going on during the appointment. They missed things I expected to be clean - cobwebs in the family room, cleaning both sides of the shower doors and dusting the front of dressers. These were among other items that were missed. Other cleaning services have done better.

Description of Work: To raise worked the entire time they were in the house and deep cleaned my kitchen and two bathrooms and wipes and dusted everything on the first floor of my house

Description of Work: The maids did a great job cleaning my house. The maids were very thorough! I will definitely use Maid Brigade again, and I will recommend it to my friends and family.

Description of Work: I needed a deep clean for some visiting guests, but my house was in a state of clutter with some repairs going on, so I asked them to limit themselves to the main floor, mostly. But they far exceeded my expectations they power cleaned the kitchen, including my garden window and all the windows in the bedrooms, vacuumed and made the two bathrooms spotless. But what I noticed days later was the level of detail cleaning they did from dusting all my bookshelfs to cleaning the wire cage of a light over my kitchen table, even cleaning the gunk from the grill of a floor fan I have pointed up my second floor stairs. They were the most diligent 2 person cleaning team I have ever hired and would have them back anytime.

Description of Work: There were two cleaners for 2 hours. They were able to fit me into their schedule in 48 hours. They did a great job in the whole house. I have two dogs and two cats so cleaing hair and dust is a huge challenge - they did a great job vacuuming and dusting it all up. The grout in the bath tubs was gross and they did a phenonmenal job on it. Definitley worth the money.

Description of Work: I was looking for a company to help me with some deep cleaning of my bathroom and kitchen, as well as general cleaning of the rest of my condo. When I called the service, the representative was very friendly. I told her I had 2 cats, which was not a problem, as they were sending employees who like animals. I stayed in the condo while cleaning was done and tried to stay out of their way. The kitchen and bathroom were the worst, as I had not been on top of regular cleanings due to health problems. The girls did a fabulous job cleaning. The only thing I would be sure about next time is when I initially called, I was given a general $ amount for my condo. The manager stopped in while the girls were cleaning to make sure I was happy with their work. At that time, she told me the work is paid by the hour ($35 per cleaner per hour) and asked me if I knew this. I told her I did not, and I would have them clean whatever they could for 3 hours, as I needed to throw out more things myself, before more cleaning could be done. The products were "green", which was nice too, as I didn't have to worry about fumes,etc. I asked them also to clean the refrigerator and stove (separate charge). A fabulous job done on those also.
