Description of Work: No real problem with the cleaning, though they skimped in a few areas, including cupboards. The main problem was communication; I couldn't make them understand some instructions such as plugging the lamps back in after cleaning the floor. | |Not a bad job - just not quite what I was looking for.

Description of Work: Arrived late as they sat out front eating in their van until 10 minutes past start time. Work quality was ok. Communication with the team was strained, maybe because they were trying to upsell most of the time, or maybe we misunderstood the work promised. Office rep was responsive and wants to make things right. If used again, would attempt to get a better cleaning team

Description of Work: deep cleaning for the entire house. It went wonderfully. The ladies cleaned everything we can think of and they did an better than our expectation, especially on many details such as bath tubs and window boards. They spent about 5 hours but finished the entire house cleaning. Last time, we hired another company whose lady spent more than 8 hours and charged us overtime pay but did not clean as well as these ladies do. Definitely recommanded them and will reuse if need to.

Description of Work: The deal was $270 for 6 hours of housecleaning. They cleaned extra hours for $80. I used them another time and they broke some stuff. They are going to take care of it but the person who broke it never reported it to anyone and I had to do it.
