Description of Work: This is for the Bartlett Maid Brigade 3 person crew. I hired them to do move in cleaning, which included cleaning wood cabinets, shelves, mop, bathrooms, clean inside of empty refrigerator. The only issue was with the freezer which wasn't as clean as I would have wanted it, still some food particles in it. I did look briefly before they left, but I didn't notice until I was about to put food in freezer. Also I just prefer cleaning products with some chemicals do a better job.

Description of Work: Very good job - used them to clean a townhouse as a "move-out" service - they did a great job including on the inside cabinets, oven, cooktop and inside the fridge. I left them the key under the mat and they let themselves in. I was not present during the visit. When I set up the appointment over the phone and described the size of the townhouse, they gave me an estimated range of hours depending on the needs of the job once they were on site and saw the condition of the unit. I was billed the minimum number of hours she had estimated on the phone which I thought was very honest. I would definitely recommend them. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Housecleaning. Entire process was very smooth and they did exactly what they said they would do. The day before the cleaning they send a text with a small window of time that they will arrive and they have always arrived within that window. They do a good job.
