Cleaning crew did a decent job on the standard aspects of the cleaning. However, for the areas that required extra attention (i.e. kitchen appliances that needed heavy scrubbing), they still looked dirty after the cleaning. This company would probably be good for regular maid service cleaning, but for a heavy duty first time move-in cleaning, I would consider looking elsewhere.
Description of Work: Performed a cleaning for initial move in. Cleaned bathrooms, kitchen (including appliances and wipe down of cabinets), vacuumed and dusted.

3 workers showed up early and ready to go. Alberta explained the process and asked if I had any questions or special requests. I requested that they use Vinegar and H20 on wood floors instead of their "Green Clean" line and Alberta graciously went back to the office to get the vinegar and water. Chuck the manager, also called to make sure I knew they were going to accommodate my request. Work was done by 2 ladies within 2 hrs. Quality of work was good. Would use them again and have already recommended them to a friend.
Description of Work: Cleaned 2 story, 4 Bed, 2.5 Bath home prior to move in. Requested floors and baseboards be washed in all rooms and to clean kitchen.

Fine. The supervisor came with the crew on their first visit, and after that the crew came by themselves. At least one of the workers spoke English which was good because I don't speak any other languages. They did a good job: washed the floors, cleaned the bath & kitchen, vacuumed, dusted. The usual.
