Maid Brigade

The women that come are very nice, there is consistency to the team with at least one team member, which helps with not having to explain how I want things cleaned more than once. They generally do a good job and work efficiently. Sometimes there are items that need a little more work, but the team and/or management is responsive if I point those items out. Management is easy to get a hold of and flexible to switch date of cleaning if I have a conflict on my end, which I appreciate.

They each cleaned a room on their own...one in the kitchen, one in the bathrooms, living room, bedrooms, etc. They did a fantastic job.

They do a very thorough and wonderful job each time they come. We are very pleased and would highly recommend them.

I've always been very please with Maid Brigade's level of service for the last year. I feel like they do an excellent job. Occasionally, they will miss the mark a bit, but after sending in a less than perfect comment card, it is always back up to par the next time. I have wondered if the price is a little high for my house, but I haven't had the time or inclination to shop around. I would recommend them to a friend.

Overall, the cleaning service has been done quite well. Any time I have explained I would like focus to be put on a particular area, the cleaning crew have taken care of it. What it all boils down to is how much time you want them to spend cleaning. There are no slackers on this team. Every person who has come to clean has been working consistently the entire time they were here. If your place is dirty, they will clean it well.. it just takes time to get it accomplished. We have skipped a couple of rooms that don't get used often to cut down on the amount of time they spend cleaning our house. I would certainly recommend Maid Brigade to others.

The crew that comes to my house once a month does a great job every time.

Service providers are punctual. They perform their cleaning in an efficient manner and are polite and courteous. Services are thorough. Bathrooms and floors are especially well done.

First of all, I'm used to doing everything myself because I am very picky. The Maid Brigade staff exceeded my expectations, which is why I will have them come back time & time again. I love that they brings all the tools to the job so there's nothing for me to do when they leave but enjoy a sparkling home. I love that they can exceed my expecations in a few hours because they know what they are doing and do it with confidence and professionalism. I will definately recommend Maid Brigade to my friends and family.

I was a little skeptical of hiring a maid service to begin with. I had heard horror stories of stolen and/or broken items, bleach or strong chemical products staining or destroying floors and counters. But having been in a pinch to get the house cleaned before my family came to visit I called Maid Brigade....and I am very glad I did! I called only two days before I needed the cleaning and they were able to help fit me in. The girl in the customer service department explained that they only use non-harsh cleaning products and that their maids were insured, she reassured me that none of my nightmares of hiring a maid service would ever come true with Maid Brigade. I was already very impressed! The maids arrived between the window period that had been told me over the phone and got to work right a way! They truly did a top to bottom cleaning, I don't think I have ever seen my bathroom and kitchen so clean! They worked well together and understood my directions perfectly, and although the cleaning was priced based on how much time they spent, they didn't dilly dally. The maids finished right under the maximum amount of time and price quoted. A day after the girl in customer service called and asked how the cleaning went, I made sure to tell her how wonderful it was and how impressed I was with their follow up! I highly recommended this company! Needless, to say I am very, very pleased with Maid Brigade, and am truly considering hiring them on a monthly basis!

They were very expensive. I would never call them again except when I get a deal from Angie's List. They didn't do anything when I complained about the price.

We had a good experience with Maid Brigade for about 2 1/2 years, but the service suddenly deteriorated over the past six months. The maids became sloppy and we would come home to all kinds of problems - toilets not cleaned, dusting not done in obvious places, areas not mopped, vents having fallen off A/C ducts and not being put back, lights left on. The bigger issue, though, is a heavy handedness when it comes to cleaning. Valued family pictures and artwork was found skewed and sometimes pushed forward on hooks and nails, making it clear that a gentle touch wasn't being used. We found a large chip in the wall by one of pictures after our final cleaning, and we discovered scratches on the walls around other pictures as well as the garbage cans (indicative of them being tossed back roughly to where they were after being emptied) along with a scrape on the floor. We parted ways with them after our last cleaning earlier this month. Our first two years were marked by good service, so it's hard to say what's happened, but something certainly seems to have changed. Their office insists that the maids aren't rushing, but the lack of care and personal touch with our personal items was disturbing. One additional problem we had always had with them was a lack of flexibility in regard to simple requests. I had to continually ask them to dust under couches, which they did when asked, but was continually reminded that they couldn't move furniture at all to do so. Also, they claimed not to have the ability or will to dust fans, saying they didn't carry the necessary long dusters and weren't allowed to do so anyway. We found that odd. It all added up to us looking elsewhere.

Even though the crew was late for the appointment (and not by a lot), they performed the service so that it exceeded my expectations. They were in and out in under 2 hours and my home looked fantastic. I would recommend them to any "picky" customer and will definately be using them again.

2 young women, both very pleasant, showed up on time. They immediately began to clean for about 2 hours. This was my first experience having someone clean my house. They did a beautiful job and I was quite happy with the end results. I intend to use them again.

It turned out well. They are very professional and stick to business. I like that they brought all of their own and supplies, vacuums and other equipment.

They told me they probabably have to spend extra time because it was 2 months since last cleaning. So we made sure we vacuumed, dusted before they showed up. Two weeks before. My wife got her hands and knees and scrubbed the kitchen floor and cleaned both bathrooms a week before. We told them they didn't have to clean the second bathroom tub. They still charged extra. They didn't dust around any of the televisions, 4.

I was charged $400 for a move in cleaning. The high end of the estimate was $320. I noticed many areas that didn't looked cleaned. I expressed my dissatisfaction when they called weeks later to ask how they did. They said they were sorry and would get back to me on how to rectify the situation. They never called back.

I ended up getting a refund because we never heard from them. Perhaps they were busy, but we went with someone else.

Good service, professional and polite.

First time was great with no noted problems. The second time was different. The maids broke an item and damaged our mabel floor. Despite the these mishaps, I was willing to use the company again. Unfortunately, they did not settle the reimbursement of the damaged items in a professional manner. The maids did not accept responsibility for breaking the item or damaging the floor. They were dishonest. I will not use this company again.

The only request I made when I scheduled service as that the sheets that was in the dryer be made up with the bed. That did not happen. Also was quoted originally that it would be $105 for first visit- was actually billed $158. Update: received call from Tammy...very nice lady and willing to adjust the bill...but only if I correct my Angies list review. I advised, make it right and I will.

They cleaned shelves and swept the floor and did a pretty good job. They called to see how everything went too after they were done. They arrived and were very professional and efficient. They did an excellent job.

It worked out fine. They were very professional and stuck to the time that I had agreed with. I would use them again.

The Maid Brigade was able to meet our timeframe on a short notice, provided an estimate, very close to the final bill, and let us know when they were about half-finished that they would be about 30 minutes over their estimate. Their total cost was slightly lower than the 3 other places we called. Their staff was very professional and worked very hard for the time they were in the house. They were accommodating and used only vinegar and water on the hardwood floors. And, there were stains in the sink that we couldn't remove while we lived there, the previous tenant couldn't remove, and the owner couldn't remove, but somehow they were able to remove. The house looked great. Our only regret is that we didn't learn about them sooner and use them the entire time we lived there.

Overall the cleaning job was excellent.
