I manage the Lake Zurich Professional Building. I've used Ed for both new construction and repairs. He knows his craft and does great work. Trust him to take care of it.

He was at my home 3 time: quote, laying the flooring, and redoing what I thought was very poor workmanship. Not once did he actually show up on time, though once was only 20 minutes late. He laid the tiles without removing the baseboards the first time in the second bathroom. He also left mastic on tiles and gunk on the threshold. He came back to relay the tiles and not only did he leave a gap between tiles, but used up all of my extra tiles. Would never use again.

Mike is truly an expert flooring contractor. He's had 20 years of experience and it shows. Perfect work and on schedule. From start to finish Mike was on target. He answered all of our questions and proved his abilities by giving us a flooring solution. We have hired him for additional flooring work and I would highly recommend Mike for anyone's flooring needs!

Ed and Mike are currently completing our living room, dining room, kitchen and entry with vinyl plank flooring. So pleased with their expertise and helpful suggestions. Pricing is very fair. Would definitely recommend!

I hired Ed Flynn to tile my master bathroom. They started on January 19th and to this day it is still not finished. Ed was on a cell phone most of the time he was here and put an 8 x 20 Travertine tile on backwards and refused to change it saying it was right. Another employee Mike who also noticed the tile was put on backwards fixed it for me. When Ed found out Mike fixed the tile he refused to let him finish my bathroom which was supposed to take 4 to 5 days. Ed then put another tile on and it cracked all the way through. He said he would fix it when he came back from his cruise?

They did a wonderful job on my backsplash! It looks beautiful. Ed was very personable and easy to work with.

Ed knows his stuff! He was always on time and very easy to work with. He moved heavy furniture out and back in after the job was done with, even the washer and dryer. And the floor looks great. Thanks Ed.

We are doing a complete kitchen remodel. We hired Kerryman Flooring to lay the new ceramic tile in the kitchen and pantry. They started Tuesday and finished today, Thursday. They did a first rate job and very quickly (400 square feet of tile). I would re-hire them and most likely will when we start our next project. Ed Was very Professional, Came and talked to me where i understood exactly what he would do, Gave me a timely estimate and when it was time to install flooring was very polite and finished job quickly and cleanly, even my dog was not bothered by them and she usually barks and growls at anyone. Nice finished job and would recommend to anyone.
