Description of Work: Cleaned our family room and finished basement carpeting, and two stairs. The $119 deal only included one stairs, so we had to pay a little extra to have the second set of stairs done. Note that they will won't move large furniture, no heavy moving, so be prepared. We were, so it wasn't a factor.

Description of Work: Spoke with Mark who promptly told me that he had a very busy schedule and told me that it would be a week before he could get to my location. When I pressed him for an earlier time he told me "that's not how it works"... I found his attitude unacceptable and told him to forget about my business. When I spoke with Angie's List about the issue I was offered the assistance to help find another carpet cleaner who would clean my carpets. There was never any subsequent follow-up by Angies List.

Description of Work: We were lucky enough to experience two basement sewer line backups in a 30 day period. Contacted them for the second cleanup after a positive experience for the first event. This time Jason answered our initial call and said they were too busy but to call him back the next morning and they would make it out in the afternoon. I called back in the morning and then again around lunchtime leaving messages, but the calls were never returned. It was especially annoying to be blown off for something like water damage cleanup that shouldn't be left sitting days.

Obviously this was a historic flood and we received hundreds of calls. I said in the morning we would better know our schedule. It should also be noted that there was no carpet in the basement of this home. For the last 4 days we have been sucking water out of basements or removing the carpet all together. It has been difficult even getting to jobs with road closures. We do are best to service new and existing customerunder the circumstances it is and was very difficult to keep everyone happy.
