Did great job! would use again.

They did a good job. We were going to get them again but there was a better place and they had a better price, and they wound up not showing up on time, but they sent a substitute and that was very good. They were on time and did everything correctly. We will use them again if the price was more reasonable.

The quality of cleaning to the carpeting was very good. He asked what was to be done and worked quickly. The worker came on time and did a very good job. I would recommend this company to others.

We used the $119 deal for 4 rooms, although we actually only needed 3 rooms cleaned. They added in an area rug as well. The carpet looks great, and we really liked that there was no odor, even as it was being cleaned. Would definitely use this company again.

Owner came by when his crew initiated service and chatted about what they do and wanted to make sure I'd be happy. He reiterated that if I was unhappy for any reason to let him know so they could take care of it. New house cleaned, smelled great!

They identified themselves & provided a business card when they arrived. Prior to beginning the carpet cleaning they inspected the carpet and identified & explained why some stains might not be removed. I had the carpets prior to moving in.

They arrived on schedule and explained in detail what they would be doing. They pointed out spots that needed extra attention and those afterwards, despite their best efforts, that they were unable to affect a change. I found Jason to be very straight forward and fully transparent about all aspects of their services. Excellent customer service.

They were on time and professional. They had very good equipment and did a very good and professional job. They explained the process prior to starting the job and did the job quickly, professionally and as it was described. They did a good job.

Rugs are approx. 15 years old and had been rolled up and in storage for the last two years. They got all the pet off and did a REALLY thorough job cleaning them. Was VERY surprised how good they look!!!! Definitely would use there service again. Highly recommended.

my carpet is old and did not clean well but they did the best they could and kept apologizing that they couldn't do better. We have pets and a son in a power wheel chair so the carpet takes a beating. It did look cleaner and dried quickly.

They did a geat job! I appreciate their professionalism and hard work to give us quality service. They were courteous and made sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. We will definately be using Dupage Carpet Cleaning again.

Immediately upon entering our home and before seeing the work, the owner told me that just because this was an Angie's List Deal, I was not to expect my carpets to look new - and he was right. The square footage in the Deal did not include steps which was each an added cost. We also had 2 area rugs "cleaned," another additional cost not included in the total square footage in the Deal. So we basically paid the $99 for just the master bedroom which was "cleaned" around the furniture. The Deal stated that they don't move furniture - not even a light hall table. They "clean" around anything in the way. The bedroom carpet, hall, and steps had dark streaks left. When I pointed this out before they left, I was told that those were still wet - not so. Unfortunately, I used another Deal, not checking or realizing it was the same company. Same results. I've since hired another company, for not much more money, who even moved our two armoires, bed tables, and moved the mattresses of the bed to clean under it (California King, iron frame). With much effort, they were able to get the dirty streaks out left by DuPage. Lesson learned.

The owner was very personable and professional. He also provided advice on services for the floors. The service used water and then extracted it. I couldn't get an answer on how long the carpet would be wet, and both areas were still very wet more than 12 hours later. I would caution against using a service that used so much water. The carpet cleaning services I used in the past didn't use the same process.

After years of cleaning my own carpets with a Rug Doctor, I decided to call these guys via Angie's List. They set a one hour window, came on time, respectfully cleaned my home, and most importantly, pulled up stains that I never thought would come out. I would highly recommend this company.

The service was fine. There was some stuff they could not do so they just did the best they could. There were no additional costs to the $119 Big Deal. I would use them again in the future if I had not moved out of that state.

Everything went ok, I would recommend them.
