Description of Work: showed up the next day by request and did a good job with the carpet cleaning. The carpets in our house are old and ward, but they definitely perked them up and they were very accommodating.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in 3 rooms. The crew arrived 15 minutes early, carefully and neatly brought their equipment in and out of the house. They finished within half an hour. | |Great job....I was very satisfied with the quality.

Description of Work: I had a Big Deal purchase for 3 rooms up to a certain number of square feet. I added the additional rooms and the basement stairs As it turned out, the rooms in my home are much smaller than many...so the Big Deal was really not a Big Deal for me. Without me asking, the provider made an billing adjustment that reflected that fact. He left a happy customer at the door.

Description of Work: They came to clean the bedrooms and 2 area rugs. When they did one of the area rugs, they didn't even move the sofa off of it so only about 50% was cleaned. | |Fast forward to last week, I contacted them to come back and clean 3 bedrooms and 2 area rugs. The communication was Terrible! I would have to constantly follow up and still not get a confirmed time set. Then they said to use someone else.... Duh, I planned to after the poor communication. I would NOT give anyone even my worst enemy their phone number.

Description of Work: The carpet became soiled very quickly after it was cleaned and after it dried it didn't look as good as I expected. I have had better luck with another service's results. I was somewhat satisfied, but not over the moon with the results. Price and punctuality and service were all good.

Description of Work: Steamed clean carpets in 3 bedrooms and a great room. I felt they resented the 'Angie's Big Deal' price and was there to do the minimum amount of work. They sent two workers. One steamed the rooms and the other watched. Although I prepared all the rooms properly, I still had to slide small furniture pieces during the cleaning otherwise those areas would not have been cleaned.

Description of Work: We purchased a special deal coupon--625 sq ft of carpet cleaning for $99. Our living and dining rooms are almost exactly 625 sq ft. They did an excellent job. They said when we scheduled that they did not move furniture, so we moved a lot of it. They did not move two-seat and three-seat sofas.

Description of Work: Used green clean. It did not remove much of the dirt and stains in the bedrooms. I asked them to go over the stains and they replied that two times was enough. That was not the case with other cleaning services. They complained that my carpet was dirty. All the more reason not to use Green Clean. The family room was ok, but the two sets of stairs look like they had never been cleaned.

Description of Work: For an empty 800 sq ft condo, they did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. Would recommend to anyone in my building.
