Description of Work: Very good service! They cleaned the carpets in 4 big bedrooms, hallway and stairway. They did a great job!

Description of Work: Showed up right on time. They did a good job considering that we hadn't had our carpets cleaned in over a year. A few stains that they were unable to remove.

Description of Work: There was no contact in advance of the appointment to reconfirm. Then they were a bit late, but that is not the main complaint. They were unable to remove simple stains (pop, in one case) and overall the carpets did not seem cleaner than before. We had paid for three rooms, but only wanted two done along with a small landing at the bottom of the stairs. They did it, but it seemed like a special favor. They did a very perfunctory job, in and out quickly.

Description of Work: Living room and bedroom were cleaned. The men were careful not to make a mess with the hoses used and were quite unafraid of our two noisy, yet somehow charming labs. We were given good instructions on future spot cleaning and a cleaner to use because of our "charming" molly and lewis. No complaints.

Description of Work: They were prompt, professional and very courteous. My only complaint would be that our fiber and padding is very thick, so I asked that they try not to soak the carpet. In spite of running fans 24/7 since Friday, it is now Monday, and the carpet is still slightly damp. | |I would also suggest to anyone planning on using their services, go to their web page and read the recommendations for prepping your home prior to their arrival. I did, and it made the process fast and easy.

Description of Work: We purchased a special through Angie's list. They did a good job cleaning and we are happy with their service. (There were a few stains that are permanent and wouldn't come out, but they did a good job of communicating the nature of the stains to my wife so she understood clearly what was going on.)

Description of Work: Steam cleaned my living room, dining room and hallway. |I became worried the minute the man started talking about not expecting too much before he even started. Too many apologies for what was to come. The look of the carpet was improved, but not at all up to the condition that I expected.

Description of Work: Cleaned two carpets. They were unable to keep their appointment at the designated time and tried to call me but because earlier I was moving furniture around, my phone was disconnected. They called Angie's List to inform them of the problem. When I called Angie's List the Rep didn't seem to know anything about it, but later in the day, I checked my computer and there was a message from Angie's List informing me of the late arrival. Everything turned out alright, they were here an hour later they apologized over and over again, basically all this was my fault because I did not notice that my phone was unplugged. The guys were nice, did a great job and all is well. Such is life!!!!

Description of Work: DuPage Carpet Cleaning and Restoration's response to my call was quick, friendly yet professional. They were very accommodating to my need for them to clean my carpet asap. My carpets are approximately 12 years old and were heavily stained by 2 adult children, 3 small children and a dog. There were still many dark stains after the carpet was clean. I ended up spot treating the stains and they eventually disappeared. I would spot treat the carpets first before I would call them back but I would call this company again.

Description of Work: Dupage Carpet Cleaning and Restoration were prompt and professional in all communication and meeting. Unfortunately, the carpet could not be cleaned or restored so no service was performed. I would gladly use Dupage Carpet Cleaning and Restoration in the future.
