 + -1 moreThey whipped through in a matter of minutes without much consultation or information about what was going to happen. It wasn't until the carpets were dry that I was able to go in to see the results, which were not good. The carpets weren't terribly dirty in the first place but I could still see spots, etc. that didn't look like any attempt was made to get them out. Would definitely not hire them again.

 + -1 moreIt was better than a couple previous cleaners but not as good as we had hoped. The experience was fine; we just hoped for better results. There were some areas that were still not as clean as we would have hoped.

Our carpets are old, and they warned us ahead of time that not every stain would come out but they would look considerably better. The carpets looked wonderful when they were finished.  + -1 moreThey came and cleaned my carpet. When they were done it left a moldy smell in the house. I called and asked him to come back out and he said he would. Then, the day he was suppose to come back out he called and told me it wouldn't help. So, I asked him to return my money. He said that he would and I still haven't seen any money back. I want a refund!!!!!!!!!

 + -1 moreWe live in St. Louis and the cleaning done for us was in the Chicago area. Everyone we talked to was helpful and pleasant. They contacted our renter and made the appointment with her and they were prompt and efficient. They called me when they were finished to let me know how the work had gone and then later after the carpet dried, there were still some stains and they came back and did some more spot treatments. They were great, and I would definitely use them again. Their price was reasonable as well.

DuPage Carpet Cleaning & Restoration was very punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. Since we have a doggy, they were very helpful and provided suggestions on how to keep our carpet clean and fresh. Our carpet looks terrific! We will definitely use DuPage Carpet Cleaning & Restoration again.

 + -1 moreEverything went okay. They came here, stayed for about half an hour or forty five minutes and they were gone. I found differences in some parts of the carpet after they cleaned but not in all the parts. Their price was pretty cheap. They were here on time.

 + -1 moreI called them on a Wednesday and they came out on the following Monday. We had purchased house recently and they cleaned all the carpeting that we could not replace at this time. The previous owners had pets and the carpeting was the worse for wear. The basement carpeting is very old. They let me know that there were old stains that would not come out. They did a good job, quick & efficient, and we will use them again.

 + -1 moreI would use their service again. Areas look good. Prompt and courteous. Took about 45 minutes but it is a pretty average two rooms and stairs plus hallway. I was glad they came this far south (New Lenox).
Description of Work: Cleaned the family room which is a large L shape, stairs, and hallway for $99. I paid a reasonable $40 extra for the upstairs stairs. I did not have them move much and other than large couch and tv and perimeter furniture which was not necessary to move, was left as they asked what had to be moved. They did not ask me if I wanted stain guard , which I did forget to ask , but know from previous cleaners is costly. If you do want that, you should ask them. I have two large dogs that shed, but the carpet was more worn and had no urine or other stains they needed to get out. . Very polite, prompt, and courteous.
