DUPAGE CARPET CLEANING & RESTORATION

We just closed on a new house. We were in a rush to clean our carpets ahead of the movers arriving with our furniture. I purchased a "Big Deal" on Monday, called Dupage on Tuesday and got my carpets cleaned on Wednesday. DuPage went out of their way to accomodate my rush - this was much appreciated. As for dealing with them - they were responsive, arrived on time and did a great job on the carpets. Unlike experiences with other cleaners, they didn't try to "upsell" me with additional treatments or services. How refreshing to not have to deal with that! This is my first review on Angie's list - I'm a new member. Glad I found Dupage Carpet Cleaning - I was very happy with their service.

The appointment was for 9:00am. They were punctual. Two people came and introduced themselves. We reviewed what was to be done. They began immediately and proceeded to efficiently clean all the rooms and the stairs we agreed on. They were polite and personable. They worked quickly and were done by 10:30am. The carpets looked great. I was very pleased with the work.

We had to coordinate with other work being done and they were very flexible in scheduling. They arrived promptly and completed the job quickly and well. We had used a Big Deal offer and paid extra for the stairway but at a reasonable price.

The crew arrived on time and commence to start cleaning the carpet,they were courteous and introduce themselves.I was pleased with the out come of the carpet, the stairs could have been cleaned a little better.This company was much better than the last company that I hired and I would recommend this company to friends.

The appointment was somewhat difficult to schedule, however, the date was set and the truck showed up right on time. The cleaning was done quickly and was completed in less than an hour. The estimate by the crew was that the carpet would be clean and dry by the next morning, However, it did not dry until the 2nd day which seemed too long which meant to us that the vacumming was not as complete as it should have been.

Arrived on time, professionally cleaned carpet in family room, office, stairs, loft, and 2 bedrooms.

Sprayed with solution then cleaned. None of the stains lifted after drying.

Two men came to the house, arriving on time. They took a look at the pet stains. They then said they wanted me to be happy, and didn't believe their cleaning solution would remove my stains. They said they would initiate a refund on my behalf, and that's why I checked today, to make sure. They had no other solution for me, like deeper cleaning or stronger cleaning materials. Kind of surprising, but there you have it. This lack of different levels of service, coupled with their failure to initiate my refund, would keep me from recommending them.

I was quickly contacted after purchasing the deal, and in just a few emails we had set up an appointment. They arrived right at 9am, and did all the cleaning fast and efficiently. No salesmen gimmicks either...such a relief. We would definitely have them back.

Went very well. The crew was very punctual, courteous, and professional. They listened to our request for special attention to hard to remove stains in the carpet and high traffic areas in the house. They worked fast, but never skipped over or failed to move furniture to completely clean an area. Overall, very pleased with their work.

It went fine. They really did well. We were satisfied. The price wasn’t too much so we were happy with their price. We were happy with them. We chose them because of the feedback and ratings from the customers. They didn’t leave any mess behind. The person who did it was really cooperative. He made sure that everything is good. We asked him to clean the windows and he cleaned that too. They charged me extra because of the stairs. I didn’t know that when I called them. So I was surprised about that. If they mentioned that, it could have been better. He came on time.

The carpets didn't look at all that good when they were done. The spots are still there may be the solution wasn't right. I don't know. They were polite, they were nice. They were right on time. The owner came with a young inexperienced guy. The owner didn't really do anything much but occasionally hold and keep the hose out of the way, the guy did all the work. I didn't see much interaction between the guy and the worker. The price was very good and that is why I attracted to this. There were no additional charges. I would not use them again.

This worked well enough. The carpets were clean, and did not smell like they have with non-green cleaners.

I had a small accident and one of my arms wasn't working well and to complete I got a e-mail of an important visitor coming next day...the hottest day of the year! I needed help, so I made urgent e-mails to Dupage carpet cleaning and Chicagoland cleaners for housekeeping, both bought via Angie's List. Chicagoland cleaners never replied, not even to say they couldn't come... I felt completely ignored. Dupage carpet cleaners started by replying early next day and after some e-mails they succeed to fit me in there busy day and came to my rescue in the afternoon! They were very polite, did a fast and good work, leaving my carpets clean and ready for my visitor that would arrive in some few hours. I'm very happy, satisfied and grateful!

Other than confusion over the service date everything was completed as expected. The crew was polite and efficient. I would use this company again.

It went well. Answered all my questions

They were 2 hours late. They did call to tell me they were running late. They were in and out within 30 minutes. I mentioned a few stains remained and they went over them again. They were only going to do the living room and dining room. I was surprised that they were not going to do the hall. They said they would. I also asked them to do the stairs. They did the stairs only because they were late to my appointment. They were courteous. One of the guys mentioned a floor lamp I had needed to be moved. He watched me as I struggled to move it. The other guy then helped me.

Very nice man...came on time. Problem was when they cleaned the stairs, too much water was left...still wet after 24 hrs. Carpet began to smell. The serviceman did return in 2 days after I called him. But, I already used baking soda on the carpet and revacuumed it. Had a fan going constantly. And the smell was going away. I think the other technician did the stairs and just didn't extract enough water.. I would use the again but would check the wetness of the carpet before they left.
