They came and did my living room, dining rm, family room, my stairs and up hall. They got a lot of pet stains and made my old (needs to be replaced) carpet look brighter and newer. I would use them again.

Overall, the carpeting certainly looks and feels much better, the work was done professionally by experienced people and everything was dry within a day.

They did a great job. They were prompt and arrived ontime. I would hire them again.

I purchased an Angies List Big Deal, and called to make an appointment for carpet cleaning. I left a message, but they got right back to me and scheduled to my convneience. They arrived when they said they would, were friendly and professional, did the work, and even went over and above the contracted service. (They proactively cleaned a spot they saw in a hall runner.)

Finished the cleaning very quickly and gave us some helpful information regarding carpeting.

They were efficient and friendly, and answered all of my questions. The carpeting looks so much better now. I would use them again.

DuPage Carpet found itself in a difficult position given the incontinent dog that our mother kept at the property. The dealt with this unexpected complication in a thoroughly professional and sensitive manner. It was greatly appreciated by all. Great folks to deal with.

I was not all that happy. They didn't remove all of the stains.

This is my first time using this company and they did a really great job. We have a dog so the carpets need to be cleaned on a regular basis, but I kept putting it off and it hadn't been done in well over a year. The carpets look terrific now. I used Stanley Steemer in the past, but I will use this company next time.

The service reps were on time and very friendly. We discussed the details of the job upon their arrival. Once the work was done, the service reps did a recap of the services performed. I was completely satisfied with their work. I would use this company again.

All of the scheduling of our appointment was done over messages on Angie's List, which went as smooth and quick as possible. I called the morning of our appointment to confirm we were still on his schedule. Jason assured me we were still scheduled and he said he was actually on his way. Jason arrived and introduced himself, handing me a business card as he was inspecting the carpet. He explained that certain spots may not come out because bleach was used by the previous homeowner. There were other spots that he thought were questionable too. But, when it was all said and done, every spot (except for the bleached spots) came clean and the carpet looks 1000 times better than it did. It even looked better than it did when we bought the house a year ago and the carpets were supposedly cleaned then. Having a 3 year old and an aging dog, we didn't exactly want to invest in new carpet at this time, and I'm so glad we didn't because the carpet looks as close to new as you can get. Thanks Jason for the great work and advice on spot cleaning in the future! You'll be hired again.

It took a while to get in contact with them at first, then they did not have enough notice to clean my carpets. When I contacted them for a refund, it took three tries before they told me I had to contact Angie's List.

It was okay. It was just a typical carpet cleaning. They were okay but I didn't think they were great so I don't necessarily recommend them. It was just something good for the $99. They were about 10 to 15 minutes late.

They did okay. Unfortunately, my basement carpet ended up smelling worse than when they started but I don't think it's their fault. I was happy with their work. The guys that were here were kind of lazy but they got it done.

My experience went very well. The staff was friendly and professional while visiting. I was pleased with the outcome of the service. I would recommend this company to others.

Arrived on Time. Were very professional, two really nice guys. They were in and out in no time. They prep my carpet with stain remover and then steam cleaned. My carpets look like new. My carpets are about 10 years old and have not been professionaly cleaned in about 4 years. I would definately use them again and refer to all my friends.

I've called this company 3 times, left 3 voicemails and no one has yet to call me back - horrible way to run a company. If you're able to finally reach someone from this supposedly "great" company, consider yourself lucky.

I called to make appointment and they were responsive to my needs and schedule. Aj showed up exactly on time. He and his partner were friendly and professional. They went right to work, answered all of my questions and finished the job quickly. They were concerned about not tracking in any mud that day ( was raining) and suggested using a different entrance so that they could keep everything clean. They finished, collected their equipment and left with a cheery " Have a good day". Well done Dupage carpet cleaning!

They did clean the carpet, but when it dried it pretty much looked like it did before they cleaned it. They told me the carpet should have been cleaned every 6 months to keep it looking good. There were coffee stains in the living room. They said they pretreated them (and I believe them) but they came out looking exactly as they did before the cleaning was done. They said the coffee would probably come back because it is under the carpet too and it would filter back up when the carpet dried. It did. Although I guess they knew what they were talking about, I really had hoped for better results. They were courteous and punctual.

Technicians arrived on time and started prepping equipment and spraying heavily soiled traffice pathways. Cleaned large entry way, hallway, and bedroom. Were at my house a total of 30 minutes. This company was highly recommeded to me by another vendor. They did a decent job but I doubt that I will hire them again.
