Service provided was what we expected for the price

It went well. Provider arrived on time, was very professional and the carpets look great.

The carpet cleaning was thorough, but several inches of carpet yarn were pulled up by the machine. I understand how it could happen, but I was not happy that they left without mentioning it.

I never received a call from them to perform service.

The provider showed up on time and did a great job. He was very nice, left instructions about caring for the carpet the next day and made the whole thing very easy. I would recommend him.

They were very professional and accommodating.

Done well! Courteous and prompt. Only disappointment was that I didn't find out until after they got here that they couldn't get pet odor out of my area rug. Would have been nice to have been told that beforehand.

They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They did a lot better than I could by renting a scrubber. I've tried it myself before. They were fast and they were good. The only problem we had was that they had another client that canceled on them and they thought that we were the one who canceled that day, so there was a miss-communication. But we called them and they came over and took care of it right away. We were very happy with the scheduling. They didn't move any furniture, but that was what we had agreed on. They took out the dog stains, which was amazing.

The cleaners were punctual, but complained the whole time they were at my home that my house was too large for their equipment and that I should have told them that I needed commercial grade equipment so they could have long enough hoses to do the job. They were complaining that I could not expect good work under the conditions that my home had a long hallway and they had to go from the driveway area through my home. They were almost rude about all the problems and I can't remember the last time I heard so many excuses and complaints.

Overall, I was not impressed. They were in and out within 15 minutes, and the results were not anything better than I could have done myself. I expected more from a professional.

I did have Dupage Carpet come and clean my carpets. The customer service was excellent. The only reason I would not use them is that they did not get the stains out of my carpets. Although they did come back and try again. But, they were upfront about it. (They told me from the start that it was a difficult stain.) I just know from past experience that my old carpet cleaning company (Chem Dry) was able to get a deeper clean. (But it was also three times the cost.)

The actual cleaning was done well, but the person was quite rude to my wife. Also, he complained a lot that the area to be covered was more than the coupon we had purchased. He would not take a check for the extra work and we ended up running around to pay him with cash. I doubt I will use them ever again...

Workers were knowledgeable and polite. They were a bit late due to extremely cold weather.

He did a very good job getting the carpets cleaned. Did not get the carpets overly wet and the results exceeded our expectations. Good communication before and during the job. They arrived as scheduled and completed the job in a timely manner. Pleased with the entire experience and would hire again.

Unfortunately due to the weather this had to be rescheduled even though I had called the night before to ensure they were coming so I could move everything out of room. I had to call them back to reschedule. They defiantly did a better job than the last company I had clean my carpets. They were in and out very quickly.

They did a nice job, but I had to be there and say, can you go over this again, and can you go over this spot again, you are missing this, or you missed the corners. He was really trying to rush through it fast, and so I had to stay right there and watch what he was doing. He wasn't even going to do the division between the kitchen and dining room. They were not very thorough. My carpeting is old, and I have never had it properly cleaned, and so when he came in, he said there wasn't much he was going to be able to do with it. So he is thinking, this carpeting is old, yet it looked brand new. It turned out nice, but it was a lot of effort. He wasn't very proactive. He wasn't even going to pre-treat, and I had to tell him to do it. It was a little frustrating, and I probably wouldn't use them again. He was rushing over instead of going a little slow and letting the steam go in. I don't have a huge area either, and maybe he took 45 minutes, but he could have been a little slow. The price was good, and I feel like because I didn't pay a lot , they were just trying to get through it. I was trying to set up the appointment, and I emailed them and asked them to set up an appointment, and I thought they would know that I purchased it through Angie's List. I told them that I would like it on Friday, but they told me that they didn't have anything open. He called me the next day, and asked me how I had paid them, and I said that it was through Angie's List. Then he asked me when I wanted the appointment for, and then he said that Friday was available. It was like talking to two different people.

Service was quick... my only complaint is that when I tried to clean carpet where pet had an accident, there seems to be an issue with the mixing of their cleaning chemicals and the one used in our steam cleaner. There is now a noticeable darker spot where I tried to clean.

This was a great experience overall. They came in and assessed our space and how much we wanted to have cleaned and then provided a price based on size of rooms and area rugs. They did not try to upsell any extra services but I did request the extra scotch guard on the areas that get the most traffic. The carpets looked great and I was very pleased with the service and pricing. They were very quick and the carpets were mostly dry by the time they left. I would call them again for service.

They cleaned 2 bedrooms and they did a great job.

I asked for them to do the walking area around the bedrooms, but they said it was more than what the deal offered. They didn’t move any large furniture only very small pieces, so they only did open spaces in the living room as well as well as the open hallway and the steps. I wasn’t very pleased with them. I thought it would be a better deal than what it actually was. I felt cheated in terms of the footage that was going to be cleaned. When the left, I didn’t see much difference in the cleanliness of the hallway and the stairs. They were however, very cordial. I called the owner and he agreed that the workers were doing the right amount of work. The workers were very nice, respectful and a pleasure to work with even though I realized they weren’t calling the shots.

It was fine, they were friendly, and they came on time. It was good, I didn't think it was excellent.
