They were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They introduce themselves, walked me through the stages, and told me about the company. They were fast and doing the job but did a great job. They also identified that the carpet was improperly secured and that there was a lot of soap remaining from a previous cleaning. They were able to get the so Bob and clean the number of spots back to normal.

Jason arrived on the day we mutually agreed upon, and very efficiently completed all the work. He is personable, honest and follows through on his promises. I would recommend him highly.

The two guys that came out, it was just like it was an inconvenience to them. I was really just not too happy about the situation. What I was paying them was nothing compared to what was completed. I thought, I'm paying you and that's what the whole thing was about. They did a decent job. It wasn't great. It was old carpeting so I wasn't expecting them to get it 100% clean. I was more or less concerned that I was paying Angies List and they said that they were paying Angies List too. So I was really kind of upset about that whole situation. I did like that came up front and said that it won't be 100% clean. I think what got to me is what they said to me more or less.

They were great. I had them clean all the carpets in our home - living room, bedrooms, etc. Their pricing is very reasonable.

Very professional - provided advice on some old, hard to get out stains. Would use them again for sure.

This is the second time I've used DuPage and I've been very happy with both cleanings.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was pretty good. I waited to use the service and they fit me in. It was my fault that I didn't contact them but they were able to fit me in before the coupon expired. We didn't spend any additional money.

They cleaned our family room carpet and did some spot cleaning in other rooms. All work was timely and performed to our satisfaction

They were very prompt and professional. They completed the cleaning of my carpet very quickly and it looks great. I had them clean the stairs. There are 10 stairs and they didn't charge me extra. That was very nice of them.

They ended up being a bit late, but did a good job of keeping me informed. The carpet they cleaned was old and extremely dirty, but they did a great job. I was surprised that they were able to make it look fresh and clean. Overall, I was very happy with this service and would recommend them in the future.

I did not wind up using the deal because the details in the fine print state they do not move furniture. However, they were very polite on the phone and I did not have any problems scheduling the appointment.

Service was great. The 2-man team showed up at the scheduled time, protected doorways, and went to work on the carpet and upholstery. It took about an hour, and the carpet looked visibly cleaner afterwards.

This was a great experience. My husband injured his wrist and wasn't able to clean our carpet before the movers arrived. I called DuPage and they were able to get us on their schedule with short notice. They were on time, friendly and professional. It was a life saver for us. Now that I see what they do I wouldn't even want and try to clean the caret myself. They are fast and thorough. We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend them.
