They did a great job. Work was of high quality, gave good advice on what needed to be cleaned and what did not need to be cleaned, and did an excellent job communicating and being on time. Very proud of their work and friendly. I could not have asked for a better carpet cleaner.

Courteous, efficient, and professional. We vacuum regularly, but now the carpets look like new. We are very glad we had this cleaning done.

Disappointed - only had dining, living rooms and hallway of small condo cleaned. Have always had contractors stretch carpet - but was not done with this vendor. Paid for three rooms of cleaning . . . what happened to doing that little bit extra for keep customers returning. Ongoing complaining - about previous reviews? What was done was acceptable, but would not use again. Mediocre service.

They were professional and did an excellent job.

The service went okay. They got some stains out but not much of them. I was not home for the service and left them the keys. I believe they did the work in about 2-3 hours. They were prompt and came out as scheduled. I just wish they would have been able to clean the carpets a bit better. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Carpets were pretty clean. Guy was very nice. He cancelled the first appointment because of the weather (it was very cold) causing such a mess with the hoses coming in and out of the house. There were still some spots on the carpet after it dried, which is what my biggest problem was -- the carpets were VERY wet. the stairs were actually pooling up with water around your foot when you stepped on them. I've never had the carpets that wet after a cleaning.

I spoke with Mark and discussed the deal, he was very professional, however due to the company not removing furniture prior to carpet cleaning decided to cancel the deal.

I purchased the special deal where I had four areas and stairs cleaned for $259. I purchased the added service of Scotchguard to all areas on top of that and the entire cost was approximately $350. I did some cost estimates from other providers (not on Angie's List) to see about comparison prices and couldn't beat this deal. I was very pleased, the carpets looked great and the technician gave me a bottle of spot cleaner upon completion of the service. This went very smoothly.

The process went well and negotiating additional services beyond the Angie's package was reasonable. While I was aware provider would not move furniture, that was unusual in my experience with other providers. Still a bargin.

I purchased a deal with this company through Angie's List. They were very responsive to my many scheduling changes. They arrived promptly and cleaned the floors quickly but thoroughly. I asked them to pay special attention to some stained areas, which they did to success. I was very satisfied with the cleaning.

I didn't think this service was any better than Stanley Steemer and it cost $10 more! The job was done so quickly......not deep cleaning...spots were left on living room carpet. Steps were fine.

Wonderful, wonderful experience ! I called Tuesday of this week and inquired if DuPage Carpet Cleaning & Restoration could possibly come to my house in next 1-7 days to clean my basement carpet and stairs, my mother-in-law coming to stay for the holidays. A rep, Jason, promptly called me back and said they could be out Thursday of this same week. He gave me a price and a window of time, 2 hour window of time when they would be at my house. Thursday, Jason and a crew member arrived within the window of time. Found both gentlemen very polite and professional, they both even wore booties over their shoes while in my house. DuPage Carpet Cleaning used a truck-mounted steam cleaner with hoses; the best source of equipment to clean carpets. Jason and his tech carefully hooked up their equipment and laid out their hoses, then continued to pre-treat the entire carpet for cleaning. The tech then proceeded to use the truck mounted steam spray/suction to clean and remove the dirt from my carpet and stairs. Once all was done the carpet looked great ! Jason and his tech carefully picked up their equipment and were on their way. I would definitely have DuPage Carpet Cleaning and Restoration out to our house another time. I do recommend others them for their carpet cleaning needs.

They did a really good, thorough job. Price for services beyond the deal price was very reasonable. Would definitely use again.

They came within the 2 hour window they gave me. The carpets were sprayed then cleaned; there was no spot treatment. We moved major furniture throughout the house the night before so the guys were able to get in & out in about an hour. We were advised to let the carpets dry for about 8 hours; we let the carpets dry overnight. The guys were very informative & answered all my questions. Our carpeting was several years old & the cleaning brought up lots of dirt in our living room which we originally discussed. On 10/20 I asked them to re-evaluate the stains we saw there. They promptly called me back & came out that evening to reevaluate. They came out on 10/21 to go over the carpet again. I was called the next day to see if we were satisfied, which we were. I appreciated the time & service given from this company and would recommend them to others as well as use them again in the future. Thanks guys!!

They did a good job. He charged us an extra 150$ to do more areas. It was 4 rooms but covered by square footage. What was in that deal was only small rooms. They were helpful and tried to get rid of residue like snow. They did 2 rooms, stairway and hallway. I thinks deals should be written more clearly, if they say 4 rooms it should be 4 rooms.

I contacted them on Tuesday and they were able to fit me in on Thursday the same week. I was given an estimate over the phone and it was spot on. They came on time and were very professional. They were in and out in under an hour and the carpet looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company.

The two servicemen who came to my house were cooperative, careful. I worried about chipmunks coming in the open front door (steam for cleaning is piped into the home from van), since there are many around my residence. They took what could have sounded like a frivelous request seriously, and one sat at the door to keep the critters away. I appreciated that, as would anyone who has ever had one get into their house.

I made the appointment with them via Angies List web site where I first saw the offer. Dupage Carpet Cleaning & Restoration replied to my request with in a day. I selected a day that worked with my schedule and they confirmed the appointment promptly. The scheduled appointment window was 12 noon to 3pm. They showed up around 12:30pm - exactly as scheduled . They introduced themselves at the door very professionally and respectfully put on their shoe covers before entering my home. They asked if I had any special concerns. We discussed whether or not to move furniture. We agreed that they would move the reclining stuffed chairs and work around the bigger heavy pieces (couch/love seat/shelving unit). It was done very well and exactly as we agreed. Spot removal, pretreatment, deodorizing were all included and there was no sales pitch for additional fees. I was very happy about that! I was very pleased with the results. the carpet looks and smells great. I did not want any heavy scents and there were none, just pleasantly clean and fresh. The carpet was damp nut not overly wet, in fact at the end of the evening it was just slightly damp.

Everything went well! They were on time, explained details about moving/not moving certain pieces of furniture, and got right to work. They were quick, efficient, curious about our problems, and very informative about stains. It was obvious that they care about quality. They were friendly and professional. I will definitely have them in my home again.

They never contacted me in the allotted time they were supposed to. They finally got a hold of me and said they were too busy. I feel they should have at least told me this from the beginning instead of waiting. I just canceled with them.
