Description of Work: They cleaned an area rug and two rooms of carpeting. They even cleaned the hall that was leading to the bedroom,which was not included in the price. Very professional and on time.

They also told me if I had any concerns or stains that reappeared that they would come and reclean that area without any charge.

Description of Work: Jason came to my home for an estimate. My home is apaproximately 3,600 sq ft, and as such, with two staircases, and as such, there was a $400 upcharge, which is in line with other providers. The company was available on Saturdays, and an appointment was scheduled at my convenience. Jason and his assistant were prompt, personable, polite, and neat. They moved all appropriate furniture and placed blocks after cleaning. They wiped up water left on stairs and tile. They pointed out areas which would not clean completely (on 19 year old carpeting) and a few small spots on 6 year old carpeting. Carpeting looks great and dried within 24 hours.

They were about an hour late, but called to advise me of this and then offered to clean an additional area to compensate for the inconvenience. I was pleased with the results, but there were spots on my bedroom carpet that they said would not come out. I feel that they should have tried harder to clean those spots.

I called this business on the spur of the moment and told him what needed to be done as soon as possible, since I have a 50 year reunion coming up in a couple of days. He rearranged his schedule to accommodate me, and arrived exactly on time. He was very honest about what would come off and what would not. He and his partner did three large rooms and our stairs leading to the second floor. I felt his prices were very reasonable, and my carpets and stairs look great, even though they are very old. Description of Work: Excellent and honest service. Inexpensive price when compared to some of the other big name flood service companies. He quickly came to get water out of our basement carpet when we got water a day before we left on vacation. He moved furniture and even put it on plastic blocks to protect the carpet with no extra charge. A week later, he thoroughly steam cleaned and tacked the carpet back down. Because of his prompt and quality work, we were able to save our new carpet and padding. We are so happy we hired Jason's company, Dupage Carpet Cleaning & Restoration!
