As we had previously worked with Cabinets Plus on other projects in multiple homes, we began the process with an email to make contact and let them know what we were considering. After coming out and photographing the the rooms to be addressed, and discussions regarding what changes we would like to make, features we were hoping for, etc. plans were drawn up for the proposed remodel. My husband and I visited the store to view the plans, discuss any needed changes, and to begin zeroing in on the final budget based on cabinets and extras we desired. Once the final budget and plans were decided, another visit was scheduled to our house to verify measurements. Cabinets were ordered (we worked with other vendors to provide the appliances), granite countertops, tile, faucets were ordered and we were on our way! We were moving a window in the kitchen area to eliminate a "blind" corner, and Cabinets Plus worked well coordinating work with the outside vendor so that the process would be smooth. We love the final remodel, and look forward to working with Cabinets Plus in the future on other projects!

They were extremely accommodating of changed request; while doing the project I kind of changed my mind and some of the tiles, and they took care of it without a problem. They were outstanding. I used them without taking an alternative bid, so I would not be able to rate them on price.

The experience was fine. They did what they said they would do.

I liked them enough to have all my bathrooms and my laundry room redone. They stay within your budget and give you the best quality. They stand behind their products and they are helpful even after the job is completed. They know what they are doing and they do it correctly. They are here on time. They will answer your questions even before you can ask.

We have worked with CainetsPlus on three projects over the last 15 or so years--two kitchens (different homes) and one main bathroom. The latest project entailed a complete demolition of the kitchen (while saving the existing wood floors) as well as demoliton and remodel of an adjacent wet bar. Kevin and Kent designed a beautiful and unified layout that we are thrilled with! I have not included an approximate cost, as we have used this company on multiple projects at varying price points. CabinetsPlus was willing to work with us when our budget was extremely tight, as well as when we were looking for all of the "extras" to make our kitchen stand out.

After agreement on work to be done there was a contract and price. Then a date was set for start of demolition. The first day we were given a schedule of when different phases of the job would be done and who would be doing it. If a sub-contractor was involved then we were informed as to when they would be doing their end of the construciton. Everything went according to schedule. The workers were prompt and efficient. Their work was excellent. We love our kitchen and the new feeling that we get from it.

This company is wonderful. The process of remodeling my bathroom was terrific from start to finish. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and Melissa, the designer, helped me to turn my ideas into reality. She was also careful about the budget. Cabinets plus has a huge selection of every product you could need to remodel either a kitchen or bath. The cabinets come in all price ranges. I never had any trouble finding exactly what I wanted in material or color from their collection. The construction crew was clean, polite and very congenial. I like that I had the same basic crew every day for the month it took to finish the construction. They always showed up on time, laid down runners so they wouldn't damage carpets and cleaned up after themselves. This made the process as painless as remodeling ever could be, and I have been through a lot of remodeling jobs over the years. The quality of the work was top notch. The job was finished on exactly the day they said it would be from the beginning. They don't contract with a painter, however, is one thing I wish they would do. I had to do that afterwards. That would be my only suggestion for improvement.

THEY WERE GREAT FROM THE START TO FINISH. THEY WOULD NOT START UNTIL ALL ITEMS WHERE AT THERE LOCATION. THEY GAVE US A SCHEDULE FROM THE BEGINNING OF THE JOB AND STUCK TO IT TO THE DAY. FROM START TO FINISH IN LESS THAN 4 WEEKS. THE GUYS ON THE JOB WERE VERY GOOD AT ALL THINGS THAT CAME UP. ALL THEIR SUB-CONTRACTORS WERE VERY GOOD TOO.

The workmen were very nice and accommodating.

Workers were on time, polite and cleaned up fairly well. Bathroom looks good. For me this job was really a test before redoing the kitchen. I don't expect perfection, but when minor issues occur I expect that they are communicated and dealt with right away. I was somewhat disappointed.

GOOD POINTS ARE; THEY SELL QUALITY CABINETS, USE GOOD MATERIAL, THEY PREPARE A NICE BLUE PRINT, THEIR CREWS HAVE BEEN WITH THEM A LONG TIME (ALTHOUGH, THIS CAN BE BAD SOMETIMES), ALTHOUGH THEY ARE NOT PERFECT, I HAVE A FEELING THEY ARE STILL ONE OF THE BETTER PICKS. IF YOU REALLY NEED TO USE THEM; USE CLAUDIA AS YOUR DESIGNER, KEVIN K. 'FORGOT' TO USE HIS CHECKLIST WHICH RESULTED IN US NOT GETTING THE PROPER RAIL SIZE ON OUR WALL CABINETS, DO NOT USE THE CREW OF KEVIN & DAVE. KEVIN HAS A TENDENCY TO BANG ON NEW APPLIANCES TO MAKE THEM FIT, AND KICK CABINET DOORS CLOSED. DON'T MAKE YOUR FINAL PAYMENT UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED!

I CAN SAY THAT THIS WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. OUR DESIGNER, CLAUDIA, HAD GREAT, AND HELPFUL IDEAS. THE INSTALLERS WERE SUPER. JOB WAS ON TIME, AND PRETTY CLOSE TO PERFECT. OVERALL THIS WAS A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.
