Excellent

Custom Roofers came out really gut away to look at my siding and give me an estimate. He returned to do the work within a couple days so there wouldn’t be any damage from upcoming storms. He was very friendly and did the work promptly and spent time to explain what was wrong and how he was going to repair the siding. Very happy with the service and repair! I will call Custom Roofers again when I need roof or siding repairs.

I got my siding and roof repaired after wind and hail damage. Custom Roofers III did a very good job! The quality of work was good and their responsiveness was fantastic.

Scott Demmer came to my home and gave me an estimate for replacing/repairing a section of vinyl siding that suffered wind damage. I thought the estimate was fair and reasonable, so I decided to retain his services. We had to wait a couple weeks for suitable weather to complete the job, but the wait was worth it. Scott did a great job and I am happy to give him an excellent rating.

Scott was very quick to come out and assess the repairs, as well as get the work done before it rained again. He also was proactive to point out another issue which could have resulted in more damage to the house if not taken care of. I appreciated very much is quick response, guidance, professionalism and ease of communication, as well as trust that prompt payments will be made on my part. As a property manager, I deal with a lot of contractors. He is one of the best and one I will keep on my A list for the future.

Scott Demmer was extremely prompt & courteous. He found the source of the leak and sealed the area with a roofing compound. He sited some inferior workmanship in the installation of the original roof but said it should still last at least 5-7 more years regardless of the potential problem areas. He also sealed some other areas besides the point of the leak as preventative maintenance. I'm optimistic this will fix the problem and I won't have to install a new roof for quite some time. Custom Roofer's rate was very reasonable as well. I'd recommend to others.

Custom roofers came out several time to made sure they stop the leak , follow up later to make sure that the repairs worked and that I was 100% satisfied

Scott did an excellent job. He came out immediately to give me a quote. Hefinished within the budget and even included some extras. He made a special trip to correct an error from his materials supplier. He also found a mistaken overpayment on my check which he brought to my attention for correction. I recommend him highly.

These guys were knowledgeable and friendly. I had a hole that squirrels were getting through to the attic. They opted for a heavy gauge tin instead of aluminum to cover the hole to be sure they couldn't chew back through and covered over another iffy spot as well and the result looks very presentable. If I have any other roofing issues in the future, these will be the first guys I call.
