Scott did a great job.

I had a small repair and he fixed it in under ten minutes! I still can't believe how fast he responded! It seemed like I just got done requesting info,and then he called! Within two to three hours from the call he was here and done! I know who I'm calling when I need a new roof! Thanks Scott

THE PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE .I HAD A UNIQUE LEAK WHERE A FLAT ROOF JOINED TO AN OUT SIDE WALL......... THEY DETERMINED WHAT WAS WRONG & CLEARLY EXPLAINED HOW IT SHOULD BE FIXED ALTHOUGH CALL BACKS & MEETING START TIME WAS A LITTLE OFF THEY GOT THE JOB DONE ....IN 5 TO 10 YEARS WE WILL KNOW IF THE JOB WAS DONE RIGHT

We had Scott install an attic fan and bathroom fan vent. He did an excellent job and finished at a lower cost than I guessed.

They were great. They were very hard working, went above & beyond the call of duty, and the roof looks beautiful. So far, even thru the violent windy storms that came thru soon after we had it finished, we are completely dry. They were pretty conscientious of keeping the work area clean & organized too.

The contractor called us back right away, came out quickly, did the job, and was reasonable on price.

Custom Roofers came out in June 2008 to fix a small leak in my ceiling. When it rained again, I found out the small leak got worse. CR came out again about 4 weeks later to redo it. Again, after the next rains it leaked worse. CR came out a 3rd time with other roofers (other eyes) and tried again. My ceiling is still leaking and there's considerable damage to the ceiling now. I'm out $225.00 that I paid to have it fixed and my ceiling is worse off than in the beginning. I contacted Service Magic to find an honest, reliable roofer. SM tried mediating the situation, but all I got was a nasty voicemail from the roofer. Watch out!

Mr. Demmer came out the same night that I requested contractor information from Service Magic. I had gone to Lowes who gave me an estimate for a minimum of $2500. Mr. Demmer found what appears to have been the problem with a nail that was causing my leaking problem. He charged me less than $100.00. It's rained 3 times since then and so far so good......no leaks. Thanks for the great service. If I have any other roofing concerns I will be calling Custom Roofers. Called Mr. Demming back, he returned, did a tear off and put on a rubber membrane and asphalt shingles. Cost was reasonable. I will be calling him with future roofing needs.

Very competant and professional and did a good job. Would recommend them to family and friends.

Mr. Demmer and my husband viewed our house roof together. Mr. Demmer explained where the roofing problems were occurring and he suggested my husband purchase some sealant and repair the leaks himself. Mr. Demmer's expert advice was given free of charge. (My husband immediately followed Mr. Demmer's directions.) When we do replace our roof, we will certainly call him. Thank-you for your help, Mr. Demmer!

Came on time, fixed the problem in a timely matter. They did what they said they were going to do.
