On extremely rare occasions in the past (like twice in a year) we have forgotten to roll the dumpster out of our shop to be placed where they can pick it up. This morning it was raining and we didn’t do it first thing, then forgot. We can see when the Flood Bros driver pulls in and can almost beat him to the back warehouse door if he waits just 10 seconds. This morning he pulled partway into the driveway, stopped and within 2 seconds, backed out and was gone as we were opening the bay door. I pulled the contract to see if this is addressed and it is not, it merely states that “the customer shall be responsible for the cleanliness and safekeeping of the containers and also access to the containers”. It also states that “access includes keeping the path and corral openings free of snow and ice and blocked vehicles”. We keep it in our warehouse for safekeeping so others do not dump in it as well as to keep racoons and critters out of it. As far as access, the contract does not specify anything about them not waiting or at least pausing. I called to speak with someone and the person I spoke with basically said that they don’t have to do anything about it and we can schedule another appointment and pay $70. Great customer service there….I then asked her if they pick up at gas stations and restaurants that have the corrals and if they get out to open the doors there and all she would say is that ‘every stop is different’. I am a little shocked at the lack of customer service. Their trucks are in our industrial complex multiple times per week, I would think that it wouldn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out the logistics for adding in a stop. I am currently shopping for a new company to provide this service.

Contracted with them for 2 dumpsters for a particular date. Received confirmation from their company and they charged us for both, took. Only 1 delivered. They did not answer their phones at the business or emergency line. Finally spoke with Pat (the owner) he tried to charge us additional for them to bring the other dumpster we had already paid for and was already several days late. Literally they screwed us over and they were trying to charge us for their mistake. Can you even! Then owner Pat promised to pick up dumpster, empty and return. Never happened. They continued to say it was coming for days. This went on for a week. We had to pay for people to stack trash anticipating a dumpster that never came. Eventually had to pay a different company emergency pricing to get a dumpster so that we wouldn't violate village permits. I gave them the opportunity to make it right by refunding us the full amount. Their contract representative said they would refund us the full amount realizing they had cost us a bunch of money at this point. THEN, Pat the owner reneged on that and said wouldn't refund us the full amount. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If you are looking to work with a company that will fulfill their contract on time, they are not the company for you. Or in the event that something happens (that is entirely the company's fault), that ends up costing you major time and expense, you would hope the company would want to make it right. That is not Flood Brothers. They kept saying "misunderstanding" when I have a whole clear chain of paperwork and confirmations and conversations that were entirely clear about the contract. I would steer clear of this company. Worst customer service ever.

CONSUMER BEWARE!!! This is absolutely a horrible company to do business with. The only way they stay in business is because they hold their customers hostage to a 5 year contract or if the customer decideds to cancel their contract they have to pay outrageous fines to break it. Watch out, if you tell them you have service with another company they will still have you sign a contract with them and they will tell you they will send a letter on your behalf letting the company who you currently are on service with know you want to discontinue service. If you are still locked in to a contract with your current company, Flood Brothers does not care and will hold you to their contract that you signed with them. They will tell you they will change the dates on the contract that you already signed to the dates when your current company service contract ends. One way or another they will make sure to get their money off of a consumer. This practice is what allows them to stay in business. The customer service is absoulutely horrible and this came from talking to one of the owners. He was very rude and condescending. This is what set the tone of what you should expect with dealing with them. He also made it perfectly clear they have lawyers on stand by and also tried a scare tactic to let me know the conversation is being recorded and will be used in court . Who does that?! Instead of trying to compromise or come to some type of an agreement to give good customer service they will yell, be rude, condescending and use scare tactics. They are absoulutely not worth the nightmare you will have to deal with. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I had to give them 6 months notice before the end of the contract to tell them I wouldn't renew. After they called to try to convince me to re-sign they refused to admit they got my cancelation letter and I had to prove they got the letter. After yelling a lot I finally them to admit they got my letter and stopped my service. They were expensive and constantly raised their prices. Avoid at al costs.
