Budget Right Kitchens

Description of Work: I purchased a "deal" from Angie's List for Custom Kitchen Design Services with a Full Set of Plans. They came out for an appointment, but based on my objectives, he recommended that I not remodel until speaking with a realtor to determine what my ROI would be. Since he did not do a plan, he said I should ask for a refund of the Big Deal. I did do this, but it was past the 30 Day Refund Guarantee, so Angie's List told me told me I could apply the $45 to a different company to honor this deal or a new deal.

Description of Work: They did a layout design for my kitchen.

Description of Work: I misunderstood the deal I purchased but the person that came over to do the work was very nice he informed me how to get a refund.

Description of Work: They said that they would come back to repair our stair case and every time that I call they say that the "parts should have arrived". In their defense we did not pay them for the parts, they were to come COD. I still do not have the repairs and we want to sell our house.

Description of Work: I purchased the Angies List $49 kitchen plan deal from him. It was well worth the price, Dirk provided good advice and was very knowledgeable and professional.

Description of Work: Kitchen redesign drawing. He did the drawing but I was expecting some creativity, insite, recommendations.

Description of Work: Replaced kitchen faucet and put some boards under kitchen cabinets. They did a very good job, and also helped get the waster filter on the new faucet. Very personable.

Description of Work: He came to the house and gave me an estimate for the cost of replacing my cooktop with a wolf cooktop and my builtin double oven with a Bosch 27" double oven and the cost of cabinet carpentry for the new doible oven

Description of Work: Dirk came to the house right on time to discuss a gut rehab of my kitchen and master bath. He discussed what I was looking for and quickly provded some suggestions of how I might configure my kitchen. He took all the measurments and followed up within two days with drawings and quotes for the work. I received exactly what I expeceted and would highly recommend their service to others. I likely will not use them for the actual construction since I am trying to do a lot of the demo and carpentry work on my own to keep the budget down.

Description of Work: This company was definitely very professional, knowledgeable and all about quality and doing things right. Unfortunately, their quote was above my budget. If I could have afforded it, they would have been my first choice.

Description of Work: They were prompt, professional and did provide an excellent design. However, they charged me $45.00 at point of service in addition to the $45.00 I already paid on Angie's list. This was my first "big deal" so I wrote a check. "Just charge me double!"

Description of Work: Dirk was incredibly nice and helpful. We asked him to come and advise us on a kitchen renovation that was in the very early stages of planning. He gave us some great advice and showed us some pictures of another family's project which was identical to what we were wanting to do. Ultimately we didn't end up using Budget Right but I would absolutely look at them in the future.
